"Captain, what do we do?" Hueningkai whimpered as the crew was tied to the mast.
Soobin stayed silent, hesitant.
"Everyone just... calm down for a second," the captain sighed, "Just let me think about this for a second. I know there's a way out of this."
Beomgyu clenched his fists tightly and scowled. He glared at Captain Bang Chan, leaning his head back against the mast.
"I had a clear shot, I should've—"
"It's okay Beomgyu," Taehyun interrupted with a sigh, "We tried our best, but this isn't over."
Beomgyu huffed, nodding solemnly. Captain Bang Chan's crew was gathered on their main deck, opening the map and looking over it.
The crew could hear the distinct talking of the others, Soobin scowled under his breath. All of their weapons were confiscated, laid in a neat pile away from them. Beomgyu's knives were taken as well, as he had used a good portion of them in battle. They took his coat away, which contained the rest of them.
Their ship had been searched, the other crew gathering anything which looked valuable to them.
"Where are they taking us?" Yeonjun asked, glancing around, "They're not going to kill us?"
"Don't jinx it," Taehyun huffed, "If anything, they might dock somewhere to go over the map, maybe scribble up a copy of it."
"Knowing Captain Bang Chan," Beomgyu interjected, "He won't kill us— right away. Him and Soobin have been rivals for years, I'm sure he'd want to savor this victory."
"This victory won't last very long once we're out of these ropes," Soobin growled, "No one. I mean— no one. Messes with my crew except for me, and that's final."
"That's our captain," Hueningkai smiled weakly, looking at the ground.
Later, a couple of Captain Chan's crew mates had came over to talk to the captured crew.
Captain Bang Chan walked over to the crew, the rolled up map in his hand. He looked to each member of the crew and smirked.
"Well, Soobin, how are you gonna get yourself out of this?" He teased, "If you fight, we'll fight back and soon enough, you'll end up tied up again."
Leaning close to the other captain's face, he smiled, "So just sit tight, we'll figure out what to do with you soon enough."
"And I'll figure a way out," Captain Soobin seethed, "Kill me, and you kill the only person who knows how to read that map of yours."
Bang Chan laughed, hitting Soobin in the shoulder. The boy winced, glaring at the other.
"How foolish do you think I am?" he laughed, waving the map in front of him, "You're not the only one who's heard the tale, let alone seen the map. Besides, there's nothing special about it. It's just a map."
"Exactly," Hueningkai chimed in, "Just a map. What good did it do to tie us up and hurt the captain for a stupid map?"
Soobin ushered for the boy to be quiet, glancing over at Captain Bang Chan.
"You don't understand how much this means to me," Bang Chan growled, lifting up Hueningkai's chin, "How long I've searched for this, and how Captain Soobin's been keeping it from me!"
"Don't touch him!" Beomgyu growled, raising his foot and sharply stomping on Bang Chan's foot. The captain grunted, stepping away from the crew.
"I can't wait until we land," Bang Chan mumbled under his breath with a huff, "I'm not done with you just yet, Captain Soobin."
