Jaune had lost everything. His friends, loved ones, some of his family, but most importantly his dignity. He had tried to get himself killed in the emerald forest, but everything changed by the sight of a shooting star
It's been a week since the incident in Atlas. Hundreds of soldiers had lost their lives to an alien encounter with the dog like creature. Jaune had made it back to Vale, but was also met with a pissed off Komi. She already didn't talk, but now she wasn't making any kind of communication towards him. His only "friends" that he had and communicates with at the moment is Bosco, the name of his new six eyed alien puppy, and Kevin. Kevin is more of an annoyance most of the time. Jaune was in his apartment, he had finally made enough money to move and get an actual apartment, Bosco was asleep in his new dog bed. Jaune on the other hand was just sitting at his table, looking down at his scroll and expecting a call or text from Komi. He had sighed and got away from the table leaving his scroll and walked over to Bosco, he scratched behind his ears, earning a happy whimper from the pup. He smiled and grabbed his wallet and keys.
Jaune: I guess I should check in on Tukson, I haven't been to work in a week
He walked out of his apartment and out into the world he knows and somewhat loves.

In the depth of the dark void known as the Galaxy, a ship had just come out of hyperdrive. The massive warship sounded a horn as it had stopped just outside the atmosphere of Remnant

Within the ship the warlord, Vilgax, that Tetrax had warned Jaune of stormed through the corridors of his ship and towards the bridge. He growled as he looked down at the Planet Remnant.
Vilgax: This is where the Omnitrix landed? What a pitiful excuse of a planet. Pinpoint the exact location of the device!
His drone minions spoke through gurgles and beeps as the types into the console. The radar zoomed in on the planet and showed Jaune walking through the streets of Vale and into Tukson's book trade
Vilgax: who is that... Thing
Drone 1: he is the current wielder of the Omnitrix
He glared at Jaune and let out a roar as he swiped his arm to the right, breaking off one of the heads of the drones.
Vilgax: Send down a drone! Destroy any who gets in its way!!
The drones nodded and types into the dashboard, on the side of the ship a slot opened up and shot out a pod. It entered Remnants atmosphere and crashed into the Emerald forest. Team Crdl were in the forest where the pod had crashed they watched in horror as the orange pod released steam and took form into a machine. It let out a mechanical growl as it looked down at them
