I have learned a lot growing up

I have learned a lot growing up. My parents have always been so truthful with me. Anytime I would ask why do I not have another grandmother, mom just would look down and say she isn't a good person to have around. She told me grandma almost killed her and daddy and my uncles helped saved her.

Anytime I want something and mom says no, I ask uncle Davis he does it for me. So when I wanted to learn how to skateboard uncle Davis was there. I miss him a lot, he stays in LA a lot more now. He recently went through a bad heartbreak and I feel bad for him.

I finally got my period, dad was the only one home at the time he freaked out. He picked me up carrying me to the store. He also took me to chick-fil-la bonus points whenever I am on my period.

Henry has grown up to be such a pain, but I think it's because he likes to be so independent for a eleven year old. I miss how things use to be, I had to grow up fast since the accident....I had to grow up since you've left.  I don't know what to tell you anymore because school sucks without you there, when dad is gone I can't text you anymore or call you. I hate you had to die in the car crash my best friend.

The thing about grief is, mom says it's gets easier over time you don't forget but you just believe your loved one is in a better place. Aunt Olivia said our friendship reminded her of mom and her. We could've created a lot more memories. Just sit with my maw-maw Tara she looks just like me, but she is way prettier. I have to go, I'm still going to your parents house on Sunday's. We don't cry as much anymore...I love you my best friend until we see each other again.

Henry.

I shouldn't know what depression feels like, I am only eleven

I shouldn't know what depression feels like, I am only eleven. I shouldn't have to see a therapist twice a week. I should be playing hockey, I love hockey and hate baseball. I told dad that and I think ever since then he has loved Iris more than me. It's okay I have mom, she loves me.  I don't even know why I need to talk about it...yeah my grandpa and I were out riding bikes when he was hit with a car...he was saving me. For that I always am grateful.
