The next day, I get up early and train a little bit before getting ready for work. Xander has a big ass gym inside his house. I was shocked when I found it. No wonder he has a huge body like that. Ever since, I have found out about it, I have start training again. It feels so good.
The punching bag has make me the most happy though. I just punched the hell out of it. It feels so good to train like that after a while. Just when I'm leaving the gym, Xander enters insides, completely ignoring me which to be honest, I still do not mind at all.
I take my bath before he returns back and get dress. I put on a pair of black leggings, accompany by a black jacket and white sneakers.

Emily will pick me up because I have to go at my boutique first. Besides, I don't want to go with Xander. Seeing him, will ruin my day.
Well, you have to be with him the entire day Ayla!
When I hear my inner voice, I sigh loudly. I hate this so much but I want to work. Emily texts me that's already outside and taking my bag, I leave.
"Good morning", I say as I get inside.
"Morning", she smiles and frowns instantly. "Ayla do you think you can wear this while working in a company like Xander's?"
"What's wrong with my clothes?", I demand. "I feel comfortable in it. Besides they need my brain and skills there, not my clothes."
"You are right", she grins. "I just hope Xander does not say anything."
"Even if he does, I don't care Em", I drawl and lean my head back.
"By the way, Kai is going to be back tomorrow", she adds and gives me a quick side glance.
"That's great", I smile happily. "I have missed him so much."
"Ayla, he was so upset when he heard that you got married. You know how much he likes you."
"I know", I murmur.
Kai has been my friend ever since Eliot introduced us in the past. He is his best friend but with time we became great friends as well. Along with Emily, he is literally my partner in crime. We used to do everything together. Even though he is a doctor and works as much as Eliot, he would always have time for me. I never knew when he actually started having feelings for me.
Kai knows everything about me. There are some things that my own brother does not know till this day, but Kai knows it all. When he had confessed his feelings for me, I was in a dark state of mind. I never felt anything for him like that. Yet, he told me that he will wait for me. There's no pressure at all.
"What are you thinking?", Emily asks.
"I don't know how to face him Em", I murmur. "He had told me that he will wait for me and now that I'm married, I just don't know how to....."
