Theo watched as Cassie threw her head back in laughter at what her boyfriend Scott was saying. He sighed, feeling a little pang in his heart. The chimera's feelings for the girl had only grown since Liam brought him back from the ground.
Cassie was happy with Scott, and that's what hurt the most. Theo would never come in between their happiness. He had caused enough pain for Cassie when he almost killed Scott. They had finally been able to forgive him, and he wasn't going to take it for granted.
So, Theo only admired her from afar.
