(21) The Smack Heard Around Campus

Two weeks later 

Two weeks had gone by Maggie began for notice that a lot of guys were scared of her. Some of them refusing to even study with her. 

"Hey Dylan.." she said as she saw him at lunch. 

"Hey.." he said 

"Did I miss something? Did Logan go around and tell everyone that I don't put out or something?" She said 

Hunter looked up from his tray at Dylan. "What?" She said 

"Not Logan sweetheart." Hunter said 

"Well I already Naomi and him are together. She told me that they slept together the night before the Yale game. She was at the basketball game with me and Shayla. So what is it then?" She said 

Dylan looked down. "Maggie..Barnes..Barnes told every male student to stay away from you. That's why you aren't allowed at the house anymore. Not because of Logan we lied." Hunter said 

"He did what?" She said 

"Yeah.." Dylan said 

She began to shake she was so mad. "Maggie calm down soon enough it will blow over.." Dylan said as she left. 

She couldn't find him cause he was at the ice rink practicing puck hitting. Later that night she drove over to the boys house. She busted through the door startling the boys in the living room. 

"Maggie you aren't allowed here." Deacon said 

"Fuck off.." she said as she marched upstairs. 

She busted in Bucky's door who had a blonde giving him head. They both looked at who just busted in the door. 

"YOU! Out!" Maggie yelled as she pointed at the girl. 

"I'm not leaving, Bucky wants me here don't you baby?" She said as she went to go back down.

Maggie pulled her blonde ponytail and picked up her clothes and purse. She shoved the girl out the door and slammed the door. 

"Maggie what is wrong with you!" He said startled as he pulled his pants up. 

She smacked him hard knocking him back on the bed. "Shut up! I'm talking! And what's with me!? You are are what's wrong with me! How dare you tell every guy that you will beat their ass if they date me! My dating/sex life is none of your business!" She yelled 

Bucky stood up. "Because I told you are mine.." he yelled 

She looked around behind. "You must be talking about that little puck bunny that was just in here. I don't belong to you! I will never be your girl! You are nothing but a man whore ass! You slept with everything that tits and a vagina! So get it through your thick ass skull James Buchanan I don't want you and I never will! I'm not that 7 year old girl you use to bully! I know damn good and well that you have caused two of my relationships to fail! So please stop meddling in my business!" She yelled 

"Maggie I-." He said 

"Stop meddling and leave me alone.." she said and walked out. 

"Maggie.." Pietro tried to stop her.

She saw the boys in the living room and walked out when she saw Logan with Naomi on his lap. 

"Dude..Maggie has a temper." Deacon said

"I know..we just didn't know it could get that bad." Hunter said 

"Ditto..I was going to hug her but I was afraid she might hit me." Dylan said 

Deacon kicked Logan's foot. "You are lucky dude you didn't get that kind of reaction when you dumped her." He said 

"Yeah..but now she won't even look at me or speak to me." He said 

"We wanted to beat you. And her attitude towards you might have something to do with that one on your lap." Dylan said 

"Yeah man what you did was shitty." Hunter said as they heard foot steps. 

Bucky came down the stairs with a bag and walked out. 

"Did you see his face?" Pietro said 

"Damn she did a number on him." Dylan whispered as they heard his car pull out. 

Bucky drove home all the way to Buffalo NY where his mom was living now with his stepdad. Winnie met him on the porch. 

"Honey it's the middle of the week." She said 

"I just needed to get away." He said in a low tone. 

"Baby what happened to your face? Did you get into it with your dad?" Winnie said as she held his chin. 

"No..I don't want to talk about it." He said as he went inside. 

He said hi to his stepdad and went down to the basement where his room was. The next morning she came in and laid beside him as he watched Sportscenter. 

"Are you ready to talk?" She said 

"No.." he said in a low tone as he laid his head on her shoulder. 

She kissed his head. "Whatever it is you can talk to me when you are ready." She said 

What Winnie couldn't see was the tears falling down his face.

The following weekend Maggie's team mate/best friend Willow came in town so they decided to go out to a karaoke bar. It was a place that was 21 and under for the college students. They all got dressed up and went out. Logan stayed home when he heard about it. 

The girls were having a blast with Willow as they danced for awhile. After awhile they put their names in for karaoke. Maggie got up there at one point with Sam as she sang "You Don't Own Me." 

Dylan and Hunter started snickering. "Oh God Mags." Dylan said 

"Shut it Westbrook.." Bucky said 

When Sam sat back down Bucky whispered in his ear. "Traitor.." 

"Dude it's all fun." Sam whispered 

They all enjoyed their night and Willow had a blast with Maggie and her friends. Willow also hit it off with Deacon. But Willow had to head back to Stanford where she attended college so they exchanged phone numbers and agreed to stay friends.
