They sprinted down another corridor, only to find yet another squadron of troopers close behind.

"They're on the move!"

"Let's go!" Greef sounded frantically.

Another corridor, another squadron of troops.

"This is too many troops for an average laboratory!" Ellia noted out loud as she fired a flurry of shots forward, not exactly aiming anymore. "I've got a bad feeling about this."

A trooper tried hiding behind a gap in the wall, but Cara was quick to clock his location, grabbing his arm and shooting him in the gut. When another two troopers attempted to back him up, she used his white-clad body as a shield so she could take down the rest.

Finally, they made it back to the main hangar. Mythrol hit a button on the side panel, slowly sliding open the blast door. They sprinted across the deck, heading for the elevator lift, only to find the door sliding open, and depositing even more troopers in their oath.

"There they are! Blast 'em!"

They were forced to dive behind the large pieces of cargo to their right, peeking out only to exchange occasional shots with the line of troopers in front of them

"We're trapped!" Mythrol cried helplessly.

A few more shots past them by, Ellia ducked down when one hit the container in front of her.

"Is that so?" Cara shouted from their side, "Cover me!"

She suddenly crawled off in the complete opposite direction of the battle.

"Cara?" Ellia called out.

"What does she think she's doing?" Mythrol asked out loud as Cara sprinted across the platform under their protection.

As Ellia occasionally glanced over, the woman's plan slowly became clear. She yanked the door of the Trexler Marauder open and climbed inside, while those behind the cargo containers kept the troops boxed in by the elevator.

The carrier suddenly roared to life, sliding forward into the back most part of the hangar, stopping just beyond their position.

The side door slid open with a metallic clang,

"What are you guys waiting for, an invitation? Let's move!" Cara beckoned.

"Go!" Greef shouted.

Ellia dropped her blaster to her side, sprinting over to the Trexler, the other two following close behind. Once they threw themselves inside, Cara slammed the door shut behind them.

At the controls, Cara attempted to drive them forward, but the blast door slid shut in front of them, cutting them off from the rest of the base.

Thinking quickly, Cara spun them around, aiming the front of the Trexler at the remaining group of troopers, who were all standing by the edge of the hangar platform.

"You're not considering going over-"

"Hang on!" Cara instructed.

She punched the craft forward, forcing the squadron to dive out of the way as they jetted off the side of the platform.

Everyone inside, spare for Cara, shrieked loudly as they plummeted down into the cavern below. They hit the ground hard, and were momentarily thrown about the cabin, but were otherwise unharmed.

"Wait. Was that my speeder?"

Cara ignored him, wasting little time peeling them off down through the valley at high speeds.
