When the vision faded Levi's snapped back to reality his breath ragged and his heart rate high to the point where he could physically feel it in his chest like it was about to burst out like a bomb exploding or something else that he couldn't think of in that moment when he had made an eye contact with Marcus in his mind their emotions crossed maybe for separate reasons who knows but all he knew in that moment is that Marcus was mad and scared scared for what would happen in the future when he found Levi if he ever found Levi and what he would face the packs would shun his mate Marcus couldn't bear the thought at least that's what Levi saw leave I didn't question how it happened deciding not to break his mind as much as it already was broken in that moment when their anger crossed it was the remaining part of Marcus that wanted to see Levi punished for the death of his father Levi though with similar intention wanted to see both Marcus and Ryan pay for what they have done to him he had once been a normal painter a normal adult living in his apartment by himself enjoying his life allowing himself to truly Express himself instead of having to hide and fear from his past it allowed him to hide from his abusive father it allowed him to escape but now here he was cowering in fear from something else something completely different Levi had hoped and wished that this day would never come where he had to face fear once more but in the end Levi knew it was just his destiny it would always be his destiny to face fear look it in the eyes and win or lose all depending how the god of destiny cared but Levi in that moment didn't care he didn't care how destiny treated him he didn't care what was going to happen all he wanted was revenge the spark of a madman had taken place in his coma eventually turning into a small porch lighting fire which would turn into a bonfire burning deep inside Levi igniting his hatred for everything in the world reminding him so much of his father that Levi didn't care anymore he didn't care if he had to die he didn't care if he was put in jail he didn't care what happened all he knew that Marcus's father's death was the first step the first step Levi would have to take for vengeance he knew that in the end it would be impossible to escape the Fate that he was given to face fear and one that he hoped wouldn't come true end up in the end in the clutches of Ryan and Marcus but with his mental state he knew he could not let that happen at all costs he would fight destiny rewrite fate take it back into his own hands and get his life back the years of abuse he had faced from his father had turned him hard and cold only after escaping did he finally managed to come out of his shell the mental the physical and the sexual as well all of the abuse added up to a sheltered scared boy by the age of 18 when he was presented the opportunity to run he took it he screwed like a mouse and ran away he couldn't be around there the alcoholic that he lived with was torturing him he knew he felt shame for leaving his brother Max behind but it was something he had to do something that he just couldn't do anymore he couldn't stay and take the abuse he couldn't stay and let his father hit him every night he already had enough scars from that both physically and mentaly he was traumatized enough and therapy wouldn't help him Levi thought back to the night that he ran when he had saw his brother Max's eyes for the last time Max was staring at Levi with a look of sadness and utter disappointment in his eyes he tried to explain to Max the situation but Max didn't care he turned around and slammed the door on levi which caused his father to stir and heard shouting all of the fear in that one moment kicked him into overdrive bolting out the window and jumping off the balcony of his roof hitting the ground with his foot being an immense pain he stumbled to his bike and pedaled he peddled as far away as he could get the wind in his eyes the tears on his face drifting to the side crying shouting his mind screaming don't stop don't stop we're so close we're so close to the freedom we once dreamed of but he had to stop he had pedals for 3 miles into the local Forest before having to fall off his bike and pain feeling that he had twisted his ankle he lied on the ground screaming in pain but crying and happiness he had finally done it he had escaped that bastard father the fear could leave him he could finally be human Levi stood up like he did in the forest this time his eyes dilated with rage opposite of his eyes back in the forest wide with happiness Levi knew that this time things were different he didn't care what happened to him anymore Levi knew what had to happen he had to make it all of them pay his father Ryan and Marcus all of them all of them would see the pain that they caused him for the fear that was inflicted on him would soon be in their hands and their minds even forcing them to think of what they did on repeat as Levi would stand over their corpses burning all of this in his head made sense his rage was the only thing that existed now no sympathy no morality hell no humanity even he walked to the phone in the other room grabbing it off the line and called the number he was given on the other end of the phone he heard his brother's voice finally decided to reconsider I see
