Ingredients.
Milk: 3 Glass (750 ml)
Dates: 12-13
Banana: 1/2
Almond: One Handful
Melon seeds
(4 Magaz) : 2 tspGreen Cardamom: 3-4 pods.
Ice: 1 cups/ according to your taste.
Sugar powder: 2-3 tsp (optional.)
Sesame Seed: 3-4 pinch (For garnishing, completely optional)

METHOD
First of all wash dates and remove its seeds, add them in a blending jar along with soaked and peeled almonds, melon seeds, Green Cardamom, and banana. Grind everything well. (Add 3-4 tsp milk if needed to make paste) The paste should be very smooth and fine.
Add milk and again blend it well.
Serve with ice cubes, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, chopped dates.
Note: The paste should be very smooth and fine, Almonds and Cardamom shouldn't be coarse otherwise it will feel very harsh in throat while sipping.
And if the paste is not very fine then strain the shake using a sieve before serving.If you feel sweetness is less you can add sugar, but I like less sweet so I never add.
