"Mami Saheba, I'm ready" Sara walked to Momina's bedroom and she nodded while picking her purse and some more things. "I'm also ready beta, let's go" Momina replied while wearing her dupatta properly and both the of them walked down stairs.

"Where is driver?" Sara asked Momina when found Adnaan standing near the car holding keys.

"Driver is on leave and there is no one who can drive for us" Saying that Momina walked toward the car, but Sara didn't.

"Mami Saheba, I'm booking a cab. But I won't go with him" Sara glare at Adnaan, he silently open the door for Sara and took driving seat.

"Sara beta we are getting late. We don't have time to discuss this matter."

"Mami Saheba where is Afnaan?" Sara asked with anger. But she was forced to settle down in the car.

No one was too busy to drive to hospital, but on to strict command of Momina driver was sended on half day leave, and Anzala as well as Afnaan had strict ordered to not come in between Sara and Adnaan.

Adnaan was already opening the front passenger door for Sara, after after throwing a deadly gaze on him, Sara took back seat. The drive was silent, Adnaan was focusing on the road but he wanted to see Sara only. In those four and a half month she gain a few kgs which was making her cheeks chubby and lips little bit plump, eventually she was looking more beautiful than before. Soon they reach hospital, Sara and Momina both entered into the cabin of gynecologist and Adnaan silently follow them.

"Mami Saheba why he is coming with us? We needed him for driving. Right? We don't need him with us." Sara grit her teeth.

"Sara, beta don't get angry... Come on, let's go inside." Momina whispered in love filled tone and Sara again glare at Adnaan but went in the cabin.

The doctor was studying her reports seriously. "Baby is still very weak. Are you taking supplements and medicines on time?" Sara stay silent on that question because most of the time she forgets to take medicine.

"She doesn't eat properly" Momina complaint and Doctor sighed.

"Sara you should follow the diet plan, its important for you and your child" Sara nodded with down gaze.

"Doctor I'm having sour feet. Its very painful, specially at night" Sara informed and The doctor hummed.

"Take foot massage, and if pain won't become fine then you can take painkiller, I'm prescribing one." She nodded and after a few more minutes of discussion they all walked out from the cabin.

"Sara..." Adnaan Whispered while grabbing her arm. "Stay away" She pushed his hand away before taking long steps towards the exit of hospital.

"Have patience" Momina give voice to her advice, Adnaan half-heartedly nodded while walking after Sara.

Sara wasn't feeling peaceful anywhere, so she went in hall of Rizwi Mansion. Removing her slippers she sat down on sofa with folded legs. Picking remote she on the TV and stopped on a random channel which was showing a song broadcasting on that.

While watching she didn't realise when she started reminding Adnaan and her ownself with him.

"Wese ek baat bolu" laying straight on his back, he asked staring at ceiling

"Haan bhooko"

(Yeah bark out)

"Dekh mujhe ye baaten achhi nhi lagti, mujhse tameez se baat kara kar" pissed off he huffed.
