"Sara.. Think wisely beta.. If Adnaan is apologising then don't sopil your marriage like this.... I've seen love in his eyes. Beta forgive him and take step forward towards future.. Put dirt on the past."

"Beta we humans are offspring of baba Aadam and Amma Hauwa (Adam and eve).... Its in our flesh and bones to make mistakes... Adnaan had did wrong but he was distracted from correct path. Now he is trying to mend his way, then we all are not letting him come out of the past. "

" What do you mean.. Its not his fault but mine that I'm not giving him a chance?" Sara expressed her anger through words.

"No... Its not your mistake but try to understand beta... Everyone do some mistakes and one who forgive is always better... Allah forgive people but we people don't! Why?"

"Mummy If papa would do something like that you with, would you forget everything?" Sara asked and her mother keep looking at her for a moment.

"Beta shadi me ladki ko hi adjust karna padta hai..."

"Mujhe esi shadi ki zarurat hi nahi hai jisme adjust karna pade, I'm very well educated I can bear my expenses by my own!" That was a proud statement of Sara but she was angry

(I don't need to stay in a marriage in which I have to adjust)

"Tum aaj kal ki self dependent ladkiyon ko kyu lagta hai ki Shadi sirf financially support ke liye hoti hai? Shadi emotional support ke liye bhi zaruri hoti hai... Shadi Life ki har situation me ek dusre ke sath khade hone ka Naam hai"

(Why you self dependent girls feel that we do Marriage for financial support? But in reality we don't marry to a man just for financial support but for emotional support also. Marriage means a promise to stay together in every situation)

"Aese insaan se main kya emotional support ki ummed karu jo mere emotional breakdown ke liye responsibile hai?" Sara asserted making her mother silent for a couple of minutes.

(How can I expect emotional support from a man who is responsible for my emotional break down?)

"Will you happily live without him?" Her mother asked but this time Sara was answerless because her heart beat with a wake of pain.

"Yes" she replied in small voice while fluttering her lashes to gulp the sea of tears appeared in her eyes and her mother smiled.

"Tumhare aasu jawab de rahe hain kitna pyaar karti ho us se... Aur jise hum pyaar karte hain na use maaf bhi kar dete hain.." Sara wiped her small tear with the back of her finger.

(Your tears are answering that you love him so much, and we should forgive our love once)

"I won't forgive him.. Never" She mumbled and her mother sigh.

"Take rest I'm going to prepare lunch." Saying that Rushda made her way out from the room and Sara think about her mother's words, but she wasn't ready to give another chance to Adnaan.

To divert her mind she made her way towards kitchen to help her mother but stopped a step away when listen the conversation of her mother and Adnaan.

"Phuppo Jaan.. I'm sorry please you talk to Sara"

"I'm trying to convince her but I don't have answer of her questions, she is not wrong on her place, no wife will tolerate her husband's past affair."

"Phuppo Jaan, I hated Sara.. I never wanted to marry her... I never took that engagement seriously because I was sure that I'll break this engagement before marriage...  Sara wasn't a part of my life at that time So I never felt that I was cheating on her"
