Ｃｈａｐｔｅｒ １４

"Damnit, my head hurts and my arms feel numb," I thought as I slowly woken up from my deep slumber. My eyes met towering trees and leaves and I realized I was in the forest. I also noticed that steam was coming out from the both sides of my arms. "What happened..?"  as I slowly sat up━my body feeling a little light. When I looked down, I realized that both of my arms are missing.

My eyes widened at the sight as someone spoke, "Oh, Eren.." I looked up to see Reiner and Bertholdt at the other side, "You're awake?"

Grumbling, I slowly opened my eyes as it met the blue, clear sky. The sky used to be so gray before━filled with steam and rain. I frowned as I pushed myself to a sitting position, only to meet Armin━who was already awake. 

"Armin! W-Where's Eren.. A-And Ymir?! Did we-" He cuts me off with a shake of his head

My eyes started to water and lips quiver as I thought of what will happen them, what will Reiner and Berthodt do to them. I laid my head on Armin's shoulder as he placed a gentle hand on my back.

"Unbelievable. What a disaster.." Someone stated as we looked up to see Mr. Hannes, "Luckily, we were abpve so we got away unscathed.." He added

I sniffled as I looked over to where his eyes are. Scouts laid there as if they're like lifeless bodies as people who survive the destruction aided them, "Everyone underneath got blasted by steam and wind.." Hannes said

"Tch.. no shit," I snarled under my breathe 

"How's Mikasa doing?" Hannes asked

"I don't see any bad wounds, so I'm guessing it's a concussion," Armin answered━looking down at the ravenette girl

"I see.. How about you, Mia?" Hannes turned to me

I sighed, "Well, nothing wrong..." I trailed off, ".. To be honest, I feel.. fine?"

Confusion plastered on his face as Armin spoke, "That's impossible.. you were as close as Mikasa in the blast.." He stated

I shrugged my shoulders━dismissing the topic, "Armin, Mia.. You haven't eaten, have you?" Hannes questioned, "I'll get you two something," He insisted

"It's fi-" "No, you two gotta eat," Hannes pressed on as he left to get food

Hannes was never the father that we deserve. He was always there looking out for us ever since we were kids━even if he's a drunk, even if he doesn't stop Eren on getting a fight. He would be a fun dad if he would ever had kids.

"What the hell?! My arms!" I cried when I pulled them out of my cape

"Eren," I looked over to Ymir, "Look at me, I'm in the same shape as you," She said as she showed her healing right arm and leg

"Why... don't I have my arms?" 

"Oh, that's kinda my bad.." My gaze went up to the traitors, "I was kinda in a hurry.." 

I glared intensely at them━letting them know my anger towards on what they as I quickly bite my arm, "Eren, stop!" Bertholdt yelled

"Hold you horses, Eren," Ymir scolded, slapping my arm off my mouth, "Take a good look around us," She said, peering down

I followed her and saw titans below us. Small ones tried to climb up the tree and an abnormal one laying its ass down as it focuses on us. Another one who is hiding behind a tree━also looking at us. We were surrounded and there's no way we can escape. Other than getting eaten, me and Ymir were healing and we don't have ODM gear, Reiner and Bertholdt were fine and dandy with the ODM gear.
