I grumbled while my eyes opened carefully as I met the stoned ceiling. Head pounding, I slowly sit up from the bed as I looked around. I tried reviewing memories, from what I can remember I was saving Porco by using my titan, then the Rumbling happened, then I was fighting titans after that I blacked out. Peering out the small window, I noticed it was already night time, how long was I out? Is the Rumbling done? There was no more shaking or echoed footsteps of the Colossal titans so I assumed it was finished.

The door creaked open as I saw Mikasa quietly peering in, "Oh Mia, you're already awake," She said as she entered the room

I was about to ask her something, but a sudden pain shot up from my throat━it felt like a thousand knives stabbing it. Alerted, Mikasa immediately grab the water and handed it, "Porco━the Marleyan that you were with━said that you used your titan too long, so your throat is really hoarse right now," She explained

I emptied the water, my throat may still feel dry, manageable, "Mikasa, what happened? Wh-where's Porco?" Finally, I asked

She frowned, "Nothing much happened, well we may think that Annie is out of her crystal and we're just trying our best to save some survivors. Porco is with the Gabi and Falco," She answered

My eyes widened, "Annie is back?", I thought before noticing her outfit, "What's with the get-up? Going somewhere?" I asked

"Oh, right," She said, "Apparently, Commander Hange is alive," She revealed

My eyes widened in shock, "But how?"

"She was able to save the Captain and get away from Floch and the Jaegerists, they probably staying somewhere they can't be found," She explained, "The Commander needs us, she has a few things to discuss,"

Nodding, I slowly got up from the bed━despite the fatigue body I have, as Mikasa gave me a Survey Corps coat. We walked outside, the town looks so much more similar to what happened when we reclaimed Wall Maria, houses are wrecked into pieces and the air smell dead. We saw Commander Hange leaning on a wall, seems like she's waiting for someone else.

"I'm glad you're okay," She said towards me, "I heard what happened,"

"Well, I'm glad that you and Captain are okay," I emphasize as faint footsteps are coming towards us. We looked over to see Jean, "Thanks for coming, Jean," Hange said

Commander Hange led inside and told us a few things, "Levi's alive, but he's not in a good shape. We also joined up with the Cart titan and some other Marleyans along the way," She trailed off, "... They're gonna help us stop Eren, what he's doing is unforgivable,"

"How do we stop him?" Mikasa asked

"We need to recruit help, the more help we can get, the more options we have," Hange said, "But we won't be capable of much without you guys and more of the nine titans," 

"So, that's why I'm asking━"

"I'll do it," I announced as Commander Hange looked over me, "I won't let Eren kill any more than he already has, even if it is to protect us and the island," 

"But even if we can get Eren to stop, what then? What happens to the island then? If the world is going to keep hating us for years, we'd be signing thw whole island's death warrant by stopping him," Jean retorted

"I think Marley will be afraid we'd start up the Rumbling again if they attacked," Hange argued

I looked at her, doubtful, "I don't think you're sure about that, Marley probably has a shit ton of plans to wipe out the island. Other than that, if they're too afraid, then other countries will not hesitate to finish us," I replied
