Lloyd looked at Nya with confusion. "Shane? I don't know a...oh my gosh..."
Nya softly nodded her head and twiddle her thumbs, "Surprised?"
"Obviously, that's so unexpected!"
"I know..." Nya sighed, "promise not to tell anyone."
Lloyd shook his head, "I promise. Who do you take me for? Cole?"
Nya laughed and shook her head, her black hair falling about, "Thanks for sticking around to talk Lloyd, you're a good kid."
Lloyd smiled at the girl, to hear that from him sister figure was amazing
"Now," Nya started as she got off the bed and walked to the closet with a smile, "let's get you ready to go."
Lloyd walked out of Nya's room with ripped blue jeans and a baggy black shirt with white words saying "Grunge is dead". He didn't want to take her shoes so he went to the door and got his own from were he had placed them on the rack
"Going somewhere?" He heard someone ask.
When he turned around he saw Kai sitting on Zane's lap as the nindroid quietly read "To Kill A Mockingbird".
Lloyd tried not to stare and make it awkward, "Yeah, just to Brad's house for a while."
"Aw, cute kid isn't he?"
"...Why does everyone say that?"
Kai cackled his everyday evil cackle and looked at the blonde again, "Have fun Lloyd, we'll see you later."
"Be back by 12 o'clock!" The nindroid called out
Lloyd happily nodded, that would be 3 hours from now, that's more than enough time. He quickly put on his white sneakers and ran out the door.
