In the bathroom, stood Kai and Zane, shirtless and embracing each other passionately. Jay was so sure he had just interrupted them in the middle of getting heated, but it was such a shock.
He thought he overreacted a bit until he looked down and saw just how close things were to getting to straight up traumatizing. Zane had one hand on Kai's neck and the other on his waist, while Kai had one hand on Zane's chest and the other cupping Zane's crotch. Jay couldn't help but scream again

"Okay, will you shut the fuck up?" Kai yelled as Zane buried his head in the crook of his neck in a futile attempt to hide himself

"Out...!" Jay yelled, pointing to the bedroom

"You get out!" Kai retaliated

"OUUUUUUUT!" Jay screamed as he did a small tantrum stomp and continued to point to the bedroom

"Ugh, let's go," Kai said softly to Zane before turning a whispering to Jay, "ass."

"Bigger than yours...!" Jay muttered under his breath before walking into the bathroom

"Aight, that's my que." Cole said calmly before getting off his bed and walking out of the bedroom

He did them the liberty of closing the door for them but turned around to say, "Make sure to lock the door."

"His timing is impeccable." Nya laughed while shaking her head. She sat on the long, black couch with her legs crossed ti the side. She had changed into a baggy purple sweater and a pair of black shorts

Cole flopped down on her right and stayed silent for a little bit, he didn't really know how to say what he was trying to ask, but he just opened his mouth anyway

"Can I ask you somethin' personal?" Cole asked, looking into Nya's deep blue eyes

"What? Um, sure, I guess...?" Nya responded

"...Are you seein' somebody else?"

Nya froze in her tracks when she heard the question, "What?"

Cole took a deep breath before going in again, "When he was sleepin', Jay said he seen you say you had somebody else-"

"I don't understand why this is your business..."

"It ain't, but you hurtin' my friend, and when he got a problem, I got a problem too. So if you got somethin' to say, say it, don't prolong stuff just 'cause you can."

Nya and Cole stayed silent for a long time, it was seconds for Cole, but years for Nya. She knew she had been caught, but by how many?

"...So what should I do...?" The black haired girl asked quietly

"Have 'em meet or somethin'! It'll be good for the both of 'em."

"They won't like each other."

'You don't know that." Cole said

"You don't either." Nya replied

Silence

"Do they got stuff in common? Like, at all?" Cole asked

"Oh!" Nya exclaimed as she slapped her thigh, "They both like stories!"

"Like, books?"

"Yeah but, Jay's more theatrical while he's more into literature..."

Cole scratched his head before turning back to Nya, "I mean, if it helps, Jay once read the whole thing of Shakespeare-"

"Oo, yes! He loves Shakespeare!" Nya said happily, a moment of comfortable silence fell onto the two friends as they stared at each other

"...Thank you, Cole..."

"Anytime, Nya."

"Also have you seen Lloyd?" Nya asked

"Nah, I thought he was with you." Cole said looking away from the TV, which loudly projected Dance Moms. The two friends shrugged at each other then went back to watching the TV

Lloyd laid down on his stomach alone outside the monastery on his phone, texting his friend Brad about coming over or meeting somewhere. The gentle breeze drew in a soft pressure by his side and before he knew it, a soft but deep voice whispered into his ear

"Hola, sweetums."

Lloyd turned to face the right away from his phone and squinted his eyes a bit. "Sweetums...?"

Morro laughed as he propped himself on his forearms, "What? It's romantic...!"

"As if!" Lloyd laughed, placing his phone face down so he could focus on Morro.

Morro rolled onto his back and crossed his arms behind his head, just letting himself fall captive under the soft green eyes he had fallen so in love with. Lloyd too watched in silence as Morro's whispy green pupils danced for him, like snakes, drawing him deeper into the madness.

"...Do you wanna go out?" The deep voice of his lover broke through Lloyd's daydream

"What-? Like...like a date...?" Lloyd asked, trying not to make it too obvious that his eyes were totally making their way down to Morro's lips

Morro smiled his signature smirk and started up again, "Yeah, I wanna take you out."

Lloyd could've melted right there, but he had to remember that he had work to do

"Oh, I'd love to, but I have to get ready for Con..." The blonde pouted. Seeing the confused look on Morro's face, he decided to elaborate

"Ninja Con, every ninja gets a day of the week completely devoted to them where they can hang out with fans and answer questions and stuff. Kinda like a concert and a book signing combined, I guess. It's next week so I still have to get stuff ready for my day."

"Hm, interesting." the ghost hummed. "When's your day?"

"Wednesday."

"What? That's like five days from now!" Morro exclaimed

"I know..." Lloyd chuckled pitifully, throwing his head back and letting his blonde hair flow gracefully with the pull of gravity

Morro stared at his partner for a little before sitting up, pushing his right leg up and placing his arm on it to rest gently

"Okay, how about this? If I help you out with your Con day, you let me take you out."

Lloyd ran a hand through his hair and sighed, "Oh, I don't know. That would be so unfair to you..."

"No, not at all, I'm the one offering to help. Besides, you deserve to be spoiled once in a while." Morro smiled, making direct eye contact with Lloyd

The butterflies were just too much for Lloyd to handle. To think that Morro would go to such lengths just to go on a date with him was heart warming. His attemps to court him were strangely romantic in a way that had Lloyd falling harder and harder every time

"...Alright then, let's go out."

"Perfect, tomorrow night, 9:30. Wait out here for me." Morro smiled before scooting up closer to Lloyd and moving forward towards the blonde's ear, "Don't be late, Cindy Lou."

"Wouldn't miss it, Grinch."

Morro moved back a bit before cupping Lloyd's left cheek with his hand

"Buen chico..."

Lloyd climbed onto Morro, straddling him as he buried his face in the crook of the ghost's neck. Morro moved closer to the tall pillar to his left so he had something to lean on before wrapping his arms around Lloyd's waist

The two boys embraced each other calmly, the rising and falling of their chests synced, and the soft breeze allowed the scents of the Earth to relax them deeply.

It's official, Lloyd and Morro are going on a date
