Pregnant
I'm pregnant.
There is a fetus in my uterus.
How?
I mean I know-how.
But how?
"Are you okay?" I got discharged from the hospital and Rebecca drove me back home. "There is a thing growing in me," I say.
"Yeah me too." She says.
"How? I mean I know how but how?"
"I mean, did you feel any symptoms? How did you not notice you hadn't gotten your period?"
"The only symptoms I had was feeling a bit nauseous sometimes but I thought it was normal. And I can go months without my period so I didn't think much of it."
"You might get offended when I ask you this, but is it Roman's?"
I look at her with a blank expression. "No it's Damon Salvatore's, of course, it's fucking Roman's," I say.
How?
We used protection.
"We only did it once and we used a condom, how the hell did this happen?"I ask
"Condoms break, babe. What are you going to do?"
First things first, I need to tell Roman. I'm not that much of a horrible person to keep this from him. "Do you have any extra sticks for me to pee on?" I ask.
"I think I left some in my bathroom, come on."
There were two more boxes of pregnancy sticks. I peed on two of them, low and behold, positive.
Pregnant.
I'm freaking out.
I'm 22, how can I be pregnant?!
I'm not ready to be a mom.
I can barely take care of myself, let alone a whole ass child.
I didn't even know I was hyperventilating until Rebecca told me to breathe.
I started doing breathing exercises until my breath went back to a normal pace.
Her phone rings. "It's Jaden, he's been blowing up my phone." She answers.
"Hey, she's okay, no don't, I- Okay!" He hands me her phone.
