*Emma's POV*
Once the boys left, Ashlyn said that she wanted a girl's day. I was a little shocked because she never wanted to go girl things with me. She's more of a tomboy in my opinion.

"Uh, sure," I answered, "what do you have in mind?"

"Maybe we could just do some stuff together here. Later I have a surprise for you," she said.

"What kind of surprise?"

"You'll see," she smiled.

"So, what do we do first?" I asked.

"Uh, how about the movies," she answered.

"Okay. How about Insurgent?"

"Sounds good. Let's get ready," she said.

We both just threw on casual clothes and left for the movie. Afterwards, she continued to give us things to do; almost like she planned it out. We kept doing stupid challenges, such as the cinnamon and the saltine cracker challenge. It was around noon when we decided to stop.

"Hey, it's almost time for your surprise," Ashlyn tells me.

"Awesome!" I said, "what is it?"

"You'll see!" She smirks, "now go change into something comfortable."

I gave her a strange look and head to my room. I searched my closet until I found a simple light t-shirt and sweatpants. I threw my hair up in a messy bun and put my favorite grey vans on. While I was heading out of my room, I heard Ashlyn talk to someone on the phone. I tiptoed downstairs so I could hear what she was saying.

"Yeah... she's getting ready, no Michael... alright fine... you better hurry!" She said into the phone.

She hung up, then turned around and faced me.

"Oh, hey Emma. You ready to go get your surprise?" She asked.

I hesitated for a moment.
What was she talking to Michael about? I thought he was going to get a haircut with Ashton... I thought they forgot all about my birthday, but of course I didn't show I was upset... WAIT!

"Yeah. Sure," I said.

Ashlyn called Hailey to come pick us up and she was there in no time. We mostly just blasted the music all the way up and sang badly to all the songs that came on. No matter what I said, they would not tell me where we were going. Finally, I just gave up asking and played on my phone. After half an hour, they told me we were there. Before I even looked up, Ashton texted me:

Hey babe, look up :) do you like it?

I quickly jerked my head up. We were at SkyZone and in front of the entrance were the boys holding up a sign that read:

HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY EMMA!!!

Ashton had the biggest smile on his face. I quickly jumped out of the car and ran to him. He held out his arms and I jumped in them.

"I love it. I love you!" I said in his ear.

"I love you too, Emma. Happy birthday, baby," he whispered.

"Okay, are we just going to stand here or are we going to go in?" Michael asked.

I have Ashton a kiss and then pulled away from his warm embrace. We all ran inside and were greeted by another large sign that said:

Happy Birthday Emma!

I loved every minute of the party. The cake and pizza were great. Not to mention the sensational feeling of the actual SkyZone. It felt like you were flying, and with Ashton there, it made it a million times better.
