It had been some time since they settled on the cottage. Niki's parents even visited, courtesy of Tommy and his non- stop rantings in which he spilled where they were. But truth is her parents couldn't be happier for her. For both of them. They gave the news that her cousin had came to take her place in to rule the kingdom which lifted a great heavyweight from her shoulders. They told them both would always be welcome to the kingdom.
And so
They were happy. She was joyful.
They loved each other in ways words couldn't describe.
Even if centuries separated them, they would always find a way to each other.
