She is really innocent in everything but still she is suffering because of her stupidity!

I was standing there lost in thoughts when I again heard doorbell!

I dragged my suitcase with me and started moving towards the door to open it!

As I opened the door, people who were standing there left me in the shock

I never expected them to be here and specially not now!

They had no expressions on their face!

I don't want them here at this time when Aaric is accusing my dad!

But for now, I have to act normal so they don't get anything, what happened here

I smiled at my parents and hugged my dad first as I was missing him so much!

I was hugging him after 3 months;

I was missing this warmth and comfort from him!

I feel so secure in his warmth that I can't even explain it in words!

"Dad!" Tears started rolling down from my eyes as I whispered, "I missed you a lot"

He raised his hands to wrapped around me as he wasn't hugging me but instead of hugging me back, he pushed me harshly and I stumbled and before I could fall, Aaric hold me!

I looked at my dad questioningly and mostly with hurt visible in my eyes!

I never expected him to do this

Why every unexpected things are happening?

Is he still angry with me?

I should apologise him!

"Dad, please forgive me for going against y-" I pleaded but was cut off by him, "did you give all your property to Aaric?" his voice was calm yet stern which was demanding answer but his words left me in shock

"Dad!" I whispered

"MAAHI, DID YOU GIVE YOUR PROPERTY TO AARIC?" He yelled making me flinch and I was still holding by Aaric

"Don't shout mr.Kumar!" Aaric gritted his teeth, "she is pregnant"

But Aaric this sentence didn't bother him!
