Recap: Han wants to ask Leia out on a date but is worried Luke will ask her first and she'll fall for him. Luke has been asking on dates for a week but she keeps rejecting him in hope's of Han asking her out and when she finally did they're both jumping for joy. They decide to do it secretly because Leia doesn't want everyone, mainly Luke to know she's going on a date. Han preps the Falcon for the date while managing other things and Leia chooses an outfit for herself, finish her work and they both go to bed. That is where we ended...

The next day...

Han's pov

Now I just need to get some starblossoms and Toniray, thankfully the kitchens keep stalk of both for Leia whenever she's seeming to be going crazy. (For those of you who don't know Toniray is a Alderaanian teal-coloured wine which is very rare.)

I entered the kitchens and saw several cook, wow all I survive on are ration bars and water but these people seem to be cooking up a eight course meal that could feed the entire fleet and more, which is probably what they're doing. I asked a cook for a plate of starblossoms, 2 wine cups, a bottle of Toniray and some pastry shells with chopped fruits which Leia was apparently very fond off. When the kitchen staff asked why I was asking for all of Leia's favourites, I answered that she asked me to get her a snack but I knew it'd turn into her dinner.

After a few minutes I had set up a type of picnic in the Falcon and got on some navy-blue pants with a bloodstripe, a black shirt with oil marks from working on the Falcon and my usual brown jacket which I'd never get rid of.

I'm meeting Han in 30 minutes! Oh were did I put that outfit?! Oh, here it is. I better get it on now. I wore some black pants with a symbol of Phoenix Squadron, we'd kind of adopted it as the symbol of the rebellion, also they owed me for giving them their ships. A long tan shirt with sleeves and a navy blue belt that came an inch below my breast and the bottom part of it was medium blue. I wore a dark green jacket on top of it cause I'd never had worn this top before, I applied some light makeup and wore my hair down.

I walked or well, hiked through the ice to the Falcon where I saw Han waiting on the hanger door, slanting on one of the poles. The way he stood made me feel weak in my knees but I couldn't look like I've given into him, even though I already had.

"Hey Ley." He greeted on that deep voice of his, I had just realised that it was so mesmerising and captivating, like a rebellion ship caught in an Imp gravity well.

"Hey Smuggler." I replied, a smirk sliding onto my face knowing how he hated that nickname.

"It's pilot! And won't you come in?" He exclaimed but I knew deep inside he was smiling. I walked in and saw the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen after Alderaan was destroyed. The inside of the Falcon was warm, apparently he'd finally got that heater to work, there was a blanket on the floor and on it sat two wine cups and a bottle of Toniray. I hadn't had Toniray in years, some of my friends had tried to persuade me to take a night off and have a drink but I resisted since I had to focus on the rebellion. There was a plate of Starblossoms ready to be eaten and I was wonderstruck when I saw what looked like a plate of Memily's basket! I haven't had those since I was a child.

I looked at Han with a smile so large it could outshine both of Tatooine's suns. He returned the smile.

Han's pov

She has to like it! She's smiling like an idiot and Leia ain't an idiot! I watched her stare at the food, practically drooling as if she had been living on ration bars while the cooks were preparing feasts and feasts for the fleet. But then again, knowing Leia she probably had.
