I don't know how exactly to explain it but you can zoom in on what you see, like a camera. Obviously you can zoom out too.
Think of scrolling through your camera roll and you wanna check a detail in a picture so you zoom in. Yeah, that.
To activate your Quirk you have to do that action, and to deactivate it you have to do the action for zooming out.
You can stay in the 'zoomed in' state for as long as you'd like, but the longer you stay like that the worse the headache is gonna be when you zoom out.
Since this Quirk is pretty similar to Mei Hatsume's, it could be a gen 2 Quirk. Or if you wanna make an OC that's related to Mei that works too.
HERO NAME IDEA :
None, I honestly don't think this is a Quirk meant for pro-heroing. It's more like a Quirk for making support items or scientists that work in microbiology.
