Due to the fact that the person with this Quirk can produce any and all sounds, I feel like a cool concept could be a bird-like hero who distracts villains by making bird noises or something.
Drawbacks of this Quirk include a hoarse throat/loss of voice after prolonged use and headaches when you spend a lot of time in crowded areas (due to the heightened hearing).

Voice Hero: [hero name], Pitch Hero: [hero name], adjectives describing voices (quiet, hoarse, booming, reasonant...)
HERO NAMES:
Resonance, Echo, if you're going the bird hero route then the name of a bird could also be cool (like Finch, Sparrow, Dove etc.)
