The user's saliva acts like bubble soap which means that if they puts their lips in an 'O' shape and blow, bubbles will start forming and coming out of their mouth!
The bubbles are pretty tough to pop and are very useful for immobilizing people in them.
Downfall is that the user's saliva also tastes like bubble soap (bleh).
