Basically, Superspeed but cranked up to 10.
Superspeed as a superpower already makes you go really fast, so God Speed is gonna make you go so fast it looks like you're teleporting. Because of this, I imagine people will often assume your Quirk is actually Teleportation.
God-Speed is a pretty hard Quirk to master, nevermind get used to, so in the start there's lots of drawbacks.
First of all, you have to get used to going so fast. You can't do anything before that because if you don't you're probably gonna throw up every time after using your Quirk.
Second, stamina.
Because you're running at such a high speed using your Quirk takes lots of stamina. And when I say a lot, I mean a LOT.
Another thing you're gonna need to have to use this Quirk to it's full potential is strong legs. Because how the hell could you run so fast with weak chicken legs? You can't, you just can't.
Going off of this, it makes sense that yor fighting style uses a lot of kicks and just leg work in general.
Cause y'know, you already have strong ass legs so why not use them to your advantage?
For the hero costume, I think something simple, light, and breathable is perfect. Obviously if your whole thing is running super fast you don't want to be held back by unnecessarily heavy items.
(Though, I guess training weights could be useful. If you get used to them being there and are fast even with them on then you're gonna be even faster without them.)
