It's in the name, you already know what it does so I'll only explain some of it.
What this quirk allows the holder to do is manifest other people's quirks or any quirk in general. To manifest a quirk of a person the holder knows, they have to know something about them. Anything from hair color to shoe size will work.
When manifesting a quirk, the user will get a set of 'instructions'. In the instructions will be listed how to properly use the quirk, along with it's aftermath and downfalls.
On the topic of downfalls, the downfalls of this quirk are simple; they're the same as the quirk the user has manifested.
The aftermath, on the other hand isn't.
And because this quirk Manifestation allows the holder to manifest whichever quirk they want in a matter of minutes, the aftermath is really just a gamble.
For instance, one time the user might loose one of their senses, such as eyesight or hearing. The other time though, they might just get stabbed with a knife in their arm.
As with every quirk, this one has it's limits too. Now of course, you can improve and therefore raise your limits but I'll just be talking about what you're starting with.
First off, the number of quirks you can handle at one time.
Now of course, since you're just starting, you can only use one. Although there is a slight chance that you could be able to use two at one time. But, don't get your hopes up too high cause the percentage is 3%.
Now let's talk about how long you can use your quirk and it's limits.
Again, since you just started you can't use it for very long and it's limits are very low. Four and a half hours per day with an hour and twenty-five minute limit of using a quirk of your choice. Now of course, you could use one quirk per day but it'll stop working after the said hour and twenty-five minutes. If the user would like to use the same quirk for longer without extending their limits they'll have to wait another half an hour before doing so. Although if they'd like to use a different quirk they'll only have to wait ten minutes until they can do that.
