with multiple hero names and
found no hero costumes
You can make this weird blue goo that makes whatever it's covering-doesn't matter if it's a human being, an item or whatever else-Quirk-resistant. That's literally it. I don't know how or why I came up with this but I did.
There's only one drawback, and it's pretty obvious: to make things Quirk-resistant you have to coat them in goo. You can just imagine how weird that must feel.
But hey, at least you won't die if crusty dusty touches you with all 5 fingers!
HERO NAME IDEAS:
Goo Girl, Goo Guy, Goomin (as in 'goo' cause of the Quirk and 'min' because it sounds cute and apparently means clever in Korean)
