When the user makes a sudden and/or fast motion they have the ability to blur the vision of anyone within arms reach.
Because of this, it only makes sense that the user has a close-range fighting style so keep that in mind.
Though, I imagine that with training the area of effect can be expanded, meaning that once it's wide enough the user can fight long-distance as well.
Drawbacks include headaches and accidentally blurring people's vision if you love too quickly.
