This quirk allows you to detach and reattach your limbs as you wish (And also to regrow them!).

To detach a limb (for example, your whole arm) you just have to pull your arm away from your body and think where on your body you want to detach the arm from (Is it the shoulder? Is it the elbow, or maybe even your wrist? Stuff like that).

Once detached, you can still control said limb(s) like you would if they were still attached. But that's only if the limb is still in your sight. Once it exits your sight/you can't see it anymore, your control over it will vanish.

Despite your limbs literally being detached from your whole body, you won't feel any pain in the place you detached it from, nor will your body treat that place like an open wound.

(In short, it doesn't hurt or bleed when you detach a limb.)

To reattach limbs you simply take the detached limb (your arm as an example once more) and put it in the same position as it was before, after that you just think "Reattach" or something along those lines.

If you don't want to reattach your limbs or have a big injury that you want to get rid of quickly, you can simply detach them and then grow a new limb from scratch.

This takes a lot of energy and time though, so don't use it if you're really tired.
I imagine that the time it takes and the energy cost get lower and lower the more you use this part of your Quirk, though.

Also, just like detaching your limbs, this won't hurt. It'll only just take some getting used to (but seeing as you're literally regrowing a limb, I'd say that's pretty normal).

Even if you detach a limb and regrow yourself a new one, you'll still be able to control the old one.

This means that, in theory, you could pluck an eyeball out, regrow it again and then use the plucked out one as a surveillance camera of sorts. It's really creepy and probably weird-looking, too, but it should work and if it does-then boom, you got yourself a free camera.

Once you reattach a limb, the place you reattached it to will have the Frankenstein-Style stitching on it, but it'll fade away after a while (unless, of course, you detach your limb from the same place again).

The only real downfalls to this Quirk are that it's extremely trippy (seeing as you're literally detaching limbs and then using them as if they were still attached) and your muscles being sore afterwards (which, again, you're literally detaching your limbs so it's understandable).
