The Power of Friendship gives you more charisma (you could say i got... w rizz) and therefore makes you more likeable. Along with that it grants you superior social skills to anyone that has ever existed and will ever exist.
The Quirk is basically 'a ton of friends = OP'.
So the more friends you have, the more power-ups you get (more durability, more stamina, being faster, being stronger in general, etc.).
