"Di na darating yun dre, sure ako, pusta ko pa sweldo ko this month" Loka-loka niyang sabi habang nakatayo sa gilid ko habang ako naman ay nakasandal sa pader at ang isang kamay ay nasa bulsa ng slacks ko

"Shut up, Rog" I glared at him one last time before I took another sip of my champagne and watched how people pass by in and out of the event hall

Sa totoo lang ayoko talaga ng mga ganito but I need to accept the invitation. Well yeah of course tsk the main point here is to meet her and that stupid maderfckn' ceo of El Mercedez as our new business partners. We're here for work I should act professionally not to expect her to confront me

But how could I act like we weren't used to each other before? Like kissing and having each other for that night was just a treat for us? Like leaving wasn't a big deal?

I watch how he walk around like a congressman and how he talk to people when he passes by. Kung ano ano na naman pinagsasabi niyan. Approachable nga at magaling sa trabaho't lahat lahat pero kabaliktaran naman sa pag-ibig..

I chuckled after sipping on my drink when I saw how my dear friend clings to some random girl. Napailing nalang ako kasabay 'non ay ang pagubos ko ng aking inumin. Kumuha ulit ako ng isa at hahakbang paalis nang may marinig akong pamilyar na boses

I quickly followed that familiar voice. I expected someone from the party but I didn't expect to lead me to someone.. to someone whom I never saw for the past 6 years and change my whole existence

I headed my way to the bar and ordered myself a tequila.
