CHAPTER 12: TOMAN VS. VALHALLA

It's time.

We're outside the "arena" and there are a lot of known delinquents going to watch the battle. I looked for Sanzu to retrieve my knife just in case I need it to kill Kisaki.

When I finally found Sanzu, I tapped on his shoulder and handed out my hand, asking to give me back my knife.

"Say please, Sanzu." He teased and I just glared at him and showed my fist.

"I'm just kidding. Here ya go." After he gave me back my knife, I left and went to my position. Somewhere they'll least expect me to appear.

I checked my dagger to make sure Sanzu didn't do anything with it. This dagger is special to me because Shinichiro-nii gave it to me for self-defense. He got it from one of the gang leader they crushed back then.

"Hey! Are you Toman's No. 3?" I heard a voice somewhere above and looked.

The Haitani Brothers!

"Now now Rindou, don't just go on and ask questions." The guy with braided hair said.

"What? I just want to confirm it." Rindou said to his brother, Ran. He looked at me again and asked.

"So are you?" He looks so intimidating, but I shrugged it off and just gave them a nod as an answer then I left.

Hmm where's the best spot to get to watch over everyone?

I found a good spot that is high enough for me to see everyone and to get down fast to respond to those who might need help. When I climbed up, I realized I kinda screwed up.

"Hey! Aren't you supposed to be down there?" A familiar voice asked. I looked at Rindou and looked back down to my gang.

"Tch. Playing dirty, I see." I sighed and looked at him.

"I'm here to watch my gang's backs." I said coldly.

The fight finally began and I watched every single one from Toman as I look for Kisaki too. I can see in my peripheral vision that the Haitani brothers are looking at me.

I have finished scanning every single one of them and jumped into the fight. As I jumped, I heard the spectators saying how fast I am.

I found you, Kisaki.

"WHERE DID HE COME FROM?!"

"HE SUDDENLY POPPED OUT OF NOWHERE!"

"WOAH! HE'S FAST!"

"IS THAT TOMAN'S NO. 3?!"

"DAMN! HE EASILY KNOCKS OUT EVERYONE WHO GETS IN HIS WAY!"

"THAT'S THE DARK KNIGHT, RIGHT?!"

Tch. Stop it with that Dark Knight thing!

I easily knocked out every single one who gets in my way. I have to get somewhere near him, but at the same time somewhere he would not notice me.

"YOU'RE PART OF THE SECOND DIVISION, AREN'T YOU?! SO QUIT GAWKING AND FIGHT!"

I heard Mitsuya shout and looked over his direction. Takemitchy looks really scared and about to cry. Two guys are looking at him as if he's their prey. I was about to run to him for help, but Chifuyu suddenly appeared behind him—watching his back.

Chifuyu the best boy indeed.

I let them handle those guys on their own and focused on dealing with the guys in front of me.

Shit. Most of are guys are down. I cannot handle everyone on my own, but I have to.
