You both set Kaeya up against the tree near by and quietly running away hand in hand. You both start laughing at the small mischief youve caused with Kaeye. While you're both at your last giggle a drop of something feel onto your nose. You look up at the sky seeing no stars or moon but clouds that proceeded to drop droplets and give small lightening strikes. You both run for your life trying to get to your home before the storm but raining starts pouring all around your making both of your clothing wet. Childe panics and runs into a cave for shelter. You run far into the cave soon stoping and panting hard from all the running you both did. Only did you now realize you where deep in a cave but you didn't have any light either. You both didn't think the cave through far enough till rocks fall in the distance. You jump at the noises making Childe grab your hand to comfort you.
"I should go see what that noise was huh?" You hear him shuffle his feet in the distance as he walks away before you could tell him to stop. A few moments later you hear Childe coming back from his 'adventure' in the cave. The light from something radiated showing his sweaty face as he walks. "I found a few abyss mages down there" he says smiling hoping to not worry you but soon enough you sat him down to give him some spare snacks, the ones that you packed earlier. You softly smile at him comforting him as you hear the rain coming from outside. You both move against the wall cuddling each other as you shiver from the coldness of the cave.
