Part 12

These horcrux things have really got me interested, I don't know why though. It's like a switch in my head just turned and I can't stop thinking about it. 

The dark lord might have used this method but on what exactly? Like ornaments? Probably not. 

No one knows how he became immortal. Raven won't shut up about it and I'm getting worried someone will catch on to her and the book. She could get expelled from Hogwarts, that wouldn't be too great.   

She can't get it into her head that these things are dangerous, really dangerous. They wouldn't be in the restricted section if they weren't. 

It's nearly Christmas and I can't wait to go home. I love Christmas, it really is the most wonderful time of the year. I wonder who will be coming this year? Raven came last year and it was amazing but dad said someone else is coming but won't tell me who. It's irritating!

'Faye have you packed your things yet?' Raven asked me while packing away all her clothes. 

'No not yet' I say smiling grabbing a bag and stuffing some of my stuff inside. 

'This is our last day, we go home tomorrow' Raven rolled her eyes as usual and I laughed. 

'Ill get to it then' I give in packing my things away. 

After a while I feel I have enough things to survive on during the holidays even though I have enough at home. 

I'm walking through the halls and out of the corner of my eye, I see a suspicious looking Draco and Mattheo. They're up to something. 

I decide to follow them, couldn't do any harm right?

They head up three sets of stairs before they stop and whisper something to each other but continue walking towards a big door. 

Never been in this part of the castle before, it's quite creepy. They swiftly turn around and I hid behind a pillar, blocking me from sight. 

'I think they're gone' I whisper to myself, holding my heart. 

Suddenly a hand is around my neck and I struggle to get it off. I look up to see Mattheo staring confused down at me. This would be quite confusing to be honest. I was following them even though I don't have the need to. I'm bored ok. 

'Faye, what are you doing?' He breathed out still looking confused as he stared down at me. 

'Following you' I say with a slight smirk, he turns his head. 

'Why?' 

'I'm bored' I shrug and realise his hand is still around my neck. 'You can let go now' I whisper into his ear. 'What if I don't?' He whispers back while getting closer towards my face. 

Just as I think we're about to kiss, Draco interrupts AGAIN. 

'Mattheo who is it?' Draco shouts across the hall. 'Faye' Mattheo says while rolling his eyes. I even saw a slight smile appear on his face. I just sat there laughing. 

'Come on' Mattheo says as he walks away. 

I follow them into the giant room filled with random magical items. 

'What is this place?' I ask them as we walk towards a black cupboard. 

'Room of requirement' Draco answers. I nod in response as they inspected the cupboard. 

'We are so close to fixing it Faye, this is how we get the death eaters in' Mattheo said with a hint of hope in his eyes. 

Draco put an apple into the box and I watched wondering what it was going to do. After a while they opened it again and the apple was still sitting there. 

'Was it supposed to disappear or something' I say and they throw me dirty looks. 'I was just saying' I laughed. 

'We can try it again tomorrow before we leave' Mattheo says to Draco with no emotion showing. 

'Sure'
