This book is about Ishiko Oikawa, Tooru Oikawa's twin sister who happens to be a setter too.
It is mostly about her endeavours with various haikyuu characters and how she deals with her career and her daily life.
I'm not an expert in volleyball so...
"Oikawa senpai! Sensei is calling for you!" A junior interrupted Ishiko while practise. Ishiko already knew what this was about.
"What is the meaning of this miss Oikawa? You didn't attend the examination? Do you have any idea what opportunity you just lost? You could have bagged a full scholarship for college"
"I understand sir, that's why I chose not to give the exam." Ishiko pauses for a bit " I have decided to put all my hard work into volleyball, all 100% of my concentration to it"
"Do you have any idea how stupid you look right now?" The teacher started screaming at her, gaining attention from other teachers and students too.
Ishiko took a deep breath and stared at the teacher, he immediately gulped and sat back on his seat. "I appreciate your concern sensei, but I've already decided, my parents know and support me too. I have to get back to practise now" she bowed and started leaving
"Hah! As if you are going to get any far with that volleyball club" he responded sarcastically
Ishiko turned around "ha ha, sensei, I will take this team to the farthest of the places, I advice you to get ready for an epic show" . . . . At the club
"Hey, what did he want?" Kanna asked Ishiko
"Oh? Nothing nothing just some usual class stuff. Didn't Yuki senpai had something to tell us?"
Yuki called everyone over and announced that the team is going for a practise match at shiratorizawa this weekend.
"Shiratorizawa? Isn't that the powerhouse school?" One girl said
"Oh yes, I've heard that they have super tall players who are very talented" another responded.
"Ishiko what should we do about the team? Including Mei we have six players but we need at least another one" Yuki said to Ishiko who was already on the same thought
"Ok, let's see what we're working with"
Aoba johsai girls volleyball team:
#1- Ishiko Captain, setter
#2- Mia Vice captain, middle blocker
#3- Yuki Defender
#4- Kanna Opposite hitter, ACE
#5- Chika Libero
#6- Mei Defensive position
"Huuuuuhmmmmm...." Chika sighed "with me in and out of the game we need at least another person"
"We need another hitter, Mia senpai can hit but blocking and spiking, it would be really straining on her" Kanna said
Ishiko was still thinking , she looked over at Annette who was filling up the bottles, no one really talked to her much after the game.
"Let's add another second year hitter for now, we had some who substituted you Kanna"
"Alright!"
So the team practiced the whole week and now they were finally at Shiratorizawa. The gym door open and Ishiko's eyes met with one very eerie similar looking person
