This book is about Ishiko Oikawa, Tooru Oikawa's twin sister who happens to be a setter too.
It is mostly about her endeavours with various haikyuu characters and how she deals with her career and her daily life.

"Argh!!" Ishiko screamed as she crouched down while holding her knee.
"I told you not to push yourself too hard, here lemme see" iwaizumi crouched down and observed the girls knee
It has been a week since Ishiko started training with iwaizumi, she wanted to make her body more physically strong and iwa was great at that.

"Here, let's stretch it a bit and then rest. I understood why you wanted to train but you have been going too hard, everything okay?"
"Yeah yeah, just don't want to waste time" Ishiko said wincing when iwa stretches her knee
"You know it's fate when both of you twins have the same bad knee, and both because you are too stubborn to take a break" iwa said making Ishiko chuckle
"Well that's why you love us don't you hajime"
Both were interrupted by Kanna who came to check on Ishiko.
"Just make sure she rests for today"
"Don't worry I will break her leg if she doesn't" Kanna said making iwa grin and Ishiko actually scared. . . . Next day
Everyone was practising and Ishiko was serving to Mei.
"Senpai looks scary today don't you think?" Mei whispered to another girl
"Yeah, maybe she is in a bad mood?"
Ishiko tossed the ball up and ran and jumped to hit it. The ball went straight to Mei but bounced off her hands making them as red as a tomato.
Ishiko was pissed at the serve and apologised to Mei.

"It would be nice if you could not kill our juniors" chika said attending and calming Mei down.
"Huh? What? Sorry, I lost control on that one"
"Ok what is going on with you?"
"Nothing!"
"Are you angry at what Ushijima san said?" Miya said suddenly leaving Ishiko speechless at the statement
