"NO THE FUCK YOU DON'T, THAT'S MY PROPERTY" Blaise rather loudly informed Astrid as she smugly handed over £400 monopoly pounds to claim Mayfair.
"Too late" She grinned
For my thirteenth birthday Grandmother had gotten me a monopoly board and I had been wanting to use it forever; but I never really found the time to. Father hated it since it was a muggles game, Mother had quite a short attention span so it wasn't exactly her cup of tea, and Draco wanted to but it got a bit boring with one player. So when Daphne brung it up in conversation I made them all play, no excuses!
We were all sat around the board next to the fire in the sitting room at Malfoy Manor on a soft, cotton rug.
The living room was beautifully decorated specially for Christmas, there was a huge Christmas tree with sliver and dark blue baubles carefully placed and millions of tiny lights brightening up the room. The stone fire place had five neat stocking reading "Lucius, Narcissa, Draco, Harrie and Dobbie". Father was heavily unimpressed but me and Draco were amendment it stayed and to avoid arguments he gave in; just the look on Dobbies small chirpy face when he walked in made my whole Christmas.
Under the tree were piles of elegantly rapped presents perfectly stacked up on each other. Just above the mantelpiece was a massive wreath decorated accordingly to the rooms aesthetic.
"I hate you" Blaise grumbles
"You know you love me" Astrid replies smiling widely at him
"Pass me the dice would you" Theo says sticking his hand out
I chuckle and chuck the two dice at him
"Hey!" Theo says
"Good Morning my little Christmas baubles" Daphne screams at the top of her voice waking all of us up
"Daphne I am actually going to kill you" Draco groans as he rolled over stuffing his head into his pillow
"CHRISTMAS" I scream jumping up out of bed, quickly throwing my slytherin quidditch jersey on and pounding down the stairs into the living room.
"Someones excited" Blaise remarks remaining in bed before I run back up and drag him out of bed myself.
After another ten long minutes all six of us are finally downstairs and can start opening our presents. Mother and Father let Daphne, Astrid, Blaise and Theo stay over for Christmas this year.
"Well since Harrie is so excited we will start with her" Mother says
Daphne is the first to hand me her present, I begin open the black and gold wrapping paper instantly, she had gotten me an elegant yet simple everyday wear dress. "Since your always complaining about how you don't have enough dresses" She chuckles
Next was Astrid, She had gotten me more of my favourite perfume
Blaise got me a stunning silk scarf
Draco got me a personalised pair of quidditch gloves
Mother got me a gorgeous ring and more ink for school
Father got me a vinyl player as well as records of my favourite songs, "Thank you so so much Father" I say happily and getting up to hug him. I absolutely loved it.
Severus had gotten me another expensive potions book
Aunty Bella got me a book of jinxes which I loved and knew would come in use
Crabbe and Goyle had got me more sweets
I got a photo of the whole of the Slytherin Quidditch team framed, which was signed 'To our little princess, for when you miss all of our handsome faces, From Marcus and the rest of the team' to which I laughed
I got a load more random yet interesting books from random pureblood families
Lastly was Theos present, He handed me an envelope. I carefully opened it and pulled out two tickets to see Ballycastle Bats vs Chudley Cannons. I look up at him in awe "You didn't" I say shocked
"I did" He smiles and I leap up and hug him so tight there is a high possibility he may have stopped breathing
