The World Circling. (Honkai x Jojo).

Act 3-1 - Questions and a Chain.

Soukai City, The Filler; Ikubo District. 7:PM.

It was a rather nice evening -  nice in its completion, dark yet light to the touch.

For Dio, however, it was one not of rest but of study.

After his odd dream experience he had been left with 100 more questions about this world than he did before.

So, he decided to stay at a restaurant; one which wasn't necessarily popular but it was full enough for him not to gain absolute attention.

It was a rather small space as well, something that was the size of an average master bedroom but much wider and more stylistically pleasing. 

It had 8 tables going straight in a line in two rows around 1 meter apart from each other - able to fit four people at each seat. 

Steam radiated off the kitchens ovens and Dio sat all the way in the corner where no-one could really see him or care about him.

And while he sat, he questioned everything he had seen within the dream that he experienced.

All the voices, words, pictures, the odd chain, and now.

The odd tugging he felt within his chest.

It began at around 3:PM and he noticed it rather suddenly.

When he felt it he had noticed that every action he possibly took, every few minutes he had moved, every single time he blinked, he felt the feeling of his heart being tugged, pulled, and dragged ever so slightly. 

For him, it was close to as if dental floss was being used to tug on a tooth.

A slight irk of pain, but not enough to remove it from its place.

At first he had wondered if he had been cursed with death; itwouldn't be the first time but it would be different from the fate of death he had dealt with with the Joestar's.

But, he knew it couldn't be that, after all there also was something odd about this tugging.

It didn't seem to stop yet It also seemed to resist itself in wanting to strangle Dio's heart.

It was as if it didn't want to cause him harm, as if it cared for him and wanted him to be fine.
