The World Circling. (Honkai x Jojo).

Act 3-6 - Otto Apocalypse and Dio.

Perhaps... it would have been better if he had gone a different way.

And from the gaze of the newly introduced man, it seemed as if he was right.

Dio was close, an inch away from his escape yet something... some force of unknown mistic was pulling him in to converse with this man.

And  Dio resisted the pull, he tried to force it back. The reason? Because He had no wish nor care; neither need nor internal greed and joy to talk to a man who looked more untrustworthy than an Italian man. 

But, it didn't seem to work.

What was forcing him to talk in such a manner? And why did his soul comply to the demands of whoever was controlling him? He strived to know.

But for now, he couldn't as his eyes pierced the blonde man who gazed at him again, expecting some sort of response after his introduction. 

And Dio would give him his response, he most definitely would.

"What do you want?", Dio asked with a simple, calm tone to his voice.

And Otto spared no time telling his reason.

"Like I said, I'm simply here to ask questions, or are you not willing too?", Otto asked.

Was he not willing to? Absolutely. He had no reason to stay here, and to "simply ask him questions?". He had been attacked by several valkyries, been hunted down, chased, and now was wanted by the entire police force. 

And to go to such an extent for one man, was not just a simple thing. It was clear that he wanted him, and for what reason was his to know.

"Simply? I doubt that quite dearly.... considering the extent of your search for me", Dio stated as he peered down at the city street's, and seeing the several blotches of people; not knowing if it was a valkyrie or not. 

Otto shared no response, he stood still and went silent for a flash of a second. Before quipping back with an answer.

"Well, considering how hard it was to find you, I believe that my methods were completely reasonable. And plus, you've done damage to my valkyries in the past, haven't you?", Otto justified. 

"Those valkyries attacked me first, i I wasn't intending to harm them to such a degree if it weren't for their actions.", Dio countered.

"Oh? But from what I heard from my subordinate it was quite the opposite that had happened. And the first person you attacked you unreasonably damaged greatly.", Otto again tried to rebuttal.
