Where... where was he?
Dio was confused, very confused.
He had just jumped out of the helicopter he was hehem.... "riding" in; and was now in some dreary, sullen forest which seemed to span miles beyond the further reaches of his collective mind.
The helicopter he had rode was crashed right in an abundance of overgrowth that drew out the flames but refused to let them spread, sparks flowing through the air as it picked up the radiating heat that developed within the mechanism and let it stride through the air.
But why should he care for such thing? He was not a deeply romantic man and had never admired nature or the artistic merits by which surrounded the currents of the earth.
Sure, the nature around him may have been tainted by the burning drench that was the helicopter, and the various birds that were present within the forest flew beyond towards the shining stars that seemed to consume them; never to return again.
And that was another question he had desired to bring up, what time was it?
8:PM? 10:PM? 11:PM?
He had no direction for the answer he wanted, though he knew it was late because of the stars outside.
He remembered when his mother and him gazed at the stars in the broken, prostitution-invested city of White-haven; gazing at the mystique and mystery of the bright stars - which allowed him to understand the position of them to correctly guess the time.
But the overgrowth and foliage which surrounding him made that obsessively hard, too hard and even more confusing to correctly guess.
But he would make it out of here.
He always had a plan to do so.
He would, he just knew it.
And as such, he began climbing through the beauty of the garden of the earth - all while someone was watching him from afar.

Wow, I've been off this for awhile.
I just wanted to make an extremely short chapter to get back on this and better prepare myself for the next chapter.
And I promise the next chapter will come out sooner.
