CHAPTER 19

Isabella

Shereen has been gloomy and in a bad mood since Shay executed her husband. We watched the whole scene and Shereen was standing in the back she didn't want to see what happened.
  
   She didn't greet any of us, and didn't want to see or talk to Shay. Sometimes I'll see when with Rana in the garden from time to time she'll crack a small smile.

  As for Shay she has been distant drowning herself in work. Specially with the throne festival nearing. She needs to give her people gifts and money as a celebration, she does that every year.

My belly was big enough for people to know I was pregnant and everyone here were waiting patiently for me to give birth. I have a feeling they want the baby and as soon as I give birth they'll take it away and they'll go back to treating me like shit.

Everyone was getting ready and preparing for the festival, everything had to be perfect. So the maids brought new fancy dresses and gowns with different material and colors.

I have missed spending my day with Shay so I went to see her in her room. I tried to open the door but her guards stopped.

"We're sorry my lady but her majesty said no one can come in" I gave him a confused look and just tried to push past him, I know they can't touch me because that's against the rules so I just pushed the doors open and walked inside.

Shay's head shot up and she looked at me from her glasses, she was sitting on her desk crafting new jewelry. She didn't say anything and just went back to her work.

"Your majesty we tried to stop her b-" she waved her hand telling them to leave and sighed getting up from her desk.

"I said no disturbance Isabella, I'm in a bad mood" she said taking off her glasses, she looked so upset and tense. I gave her a small smile and walked closer to her. She just stared at me with curiosity till I was right in front of her. I grabbed her hand and put it on my baby bump and that seemed to make her relax, she sighed and gently rubbed it kissing my forehead.

I felt around her shoulders and she was still so tense, I grabbed her wrist and pulled her to the bed.

"Take off your top please" I asked her, she gave me a weird look but still did as I say. Her beautiful tanned skin showed slowly and her muscles flexed as she took off the vest, I couldn't help but look at her toned body. I cleared my throat and climbed behind her putting my hands on her shoulder massaging her neck. She let out a satisfied exhale and slowly started to relax in my hands. I spent the rest of the day in her room as she worked on this beautiful green diamond.

Rana

I spent my days helping Rey and teaching him the etiquettes of being a royal. He needs to start learning them at a young age, so when he's all grown it's just a normal habit.

I also spent most of them with the princess, she seemed to be feeling much better since Jafar's execution all because I was keeping her company most of the time. The first time we started to hang out was when I found her crying in garden with no one around, I wasn't going to talk to her because I didn't know if she wanted to speak with anyone, but I did it anyway. I walked to her and sat next to her, at first she didn't want to talk me but then she warmed up and we just sat in comfortable silence looking at the beautiful flowers.

"How are you feeling today your highness?" I asked her, she was on the horse and I looked up at her. She gave me a small smile, I grabbed the lead rope and pulled the horse forward.

"I'm alright Rana" she said looking around, today we were going on a promenade in the forest, it is inside the castle's walls so it is alright to go alone.

"I feel better everytime I'm out of that castle" she said as we walked deeper in the forest. We reached a water stream and she asked me to help her down. I grabbed her by the waist and picked her up, she put her hands on my shoulders as she leaned forward to get down from the horse. When I put her down I realized how close our faces were, she was looking up at me with her lips slightly parted. I couldn't help but look at their rosy color, the sound of birds chirping woke me up from my daze to realize my lips were almost on hers but she wasn't pushing me away or uncomfortable matter of fact she was biting or her bottom lip while staring at mine. I cleared my throat and backed away giving her a small smile. She was still looking at me with her red cheeks but didn't say anything.

  She walked closer to the creek pulling her dress up so she can take her shoes off while I tied the horse's rope around a tree next to us.

"You know I always found you interesting Rana" she said putting both her naked feet in the running water. Her confession caught me by surprise but I didn't make a reaction I just watched her and listened.

"The mysterious friend of my sister, the woman she trusts the most. You know I still wonder why you're the only woman that isn't one of her harem. It almost makes me think that you are like he-" she stopped and turned to look at me. Nobody in the castle knows my secret except Shay and Leyla and I don't know if telling Shereen will be the right thing.

"Well your highness, you're not wrong" I replied, she stared at me up and down but decided to stare more at my bottom area which made me move and clear my throat.

"Oh..." She said while slowly walking towards me, I didn't say anything I just waited to see what she was going to do.

"Isn't Shay afraid you'll want one of her Harem, because the men inside the castle had an orchiectomy so they won't try to impregnate the women" she whispered walking closer and closer, I swallowed hard as she stood up on her toe and leaned closer to my lips.

"I- w-well I- I don't know" I stuttered out, her rose scented perfume was filling my nostrils. I felt her hand on my chest as her lips gently brushed against mine, without second thoughts I wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her closer kissing her. I felt her lips move on mine as her hands caressed my neck and face.

Hello everyone I'm so sorry for very late update. I spent my time trying to take my paperwork to school that's in a different city and also playing Valorant till 2 in the morning. Anyways fuck school and here's an update hope you enjoy the book.
