Chapter 13 { waiting }

Sam's street

Here goes nothing.

I walk to the front door of Sam's house. I knock on the Alexander's door. Mrs. Alexander opens the door.

"Hello Mrs. Alexander" I say politely.

"Robin, I didn't know you were coming, where's your dad?" How do I explain this?

"Umm.. My dad is on a business trip, so I wanted to come along to see Sam again, I haven't seen him in awhile. She believed that right.

"Sam's at school, but you can wait until he comes back" she offered.

"Sure"

I walk into the small house, it hasn't changed a bit.

Some Waiting Later

Sam walks in with his skateboard in his backpack, very surprised to see me. I just waved and smiled to him.
