Chapter Two 👺

Xiaos POV: "Is this seat taken?" I asked him. "Ehe~ no." He smiled. His smile was quite cute. But of course I didn't say it. I sat down and put my things aside. Mrs.Jean began the lesson. As I listened carefully I felt a light tap on my hand. I turned to see Venti facing the teacher but he would give me a side eye. I had a dumb founded face. He sighed and tapped on my hand once again. 'Ah he's trying to pass me a note..' I'm an idiot. I took it and read it carefully.

'How do you like the school so far?' The small paper wrote. I turned to face him again but he was just doodling small drawings on a peice of paper. I sighed and decided to answer his question. 'It's okay ig.' I moved my leg closer to him and tapped him with my foot to make it less obvious we were passing notes. Venti took the paper and read. He started writing. As I yawned he tapped my foot with his. This went along for a few minutes until the period was over. I was packing up my stuff when suddenly I saw a small figure of a boy in front of my desk. I already knew who it was. "What?" I said firmly. "Jeez no need to get mad at me already, I haven't even spoken yet!" He put his hands on his hips. I rolled my eyes and walked away. "HEY WAIT UP!" He shouted for my attention. This guy really is getting on my nerves..

I stopped and turned around. "What? Your really annoying me asshole." I said angrily. "Hmph! I just wanted to know if you wouldn't mind if I tagged along for a bit!" He had a wide grin on his face. "If I say yes will you stop bothering me?" I said with a whisper. "MHM!" As we walked through the halls a few guys walking towards us bumped into Venti. It wasn't an accident I could tell by how their eyes layed on Venti. He fell back. A few chuckles left from the guys as they walked a way. Venti turned around and looked sad but annoyed to. "Let me help you.." I said quietly. "Oh ah thanks.." After I helped him up he was quiet for the rest of the walk. I didn't bother asking him if he was okay.

Soon we parted ways but before doing so Venti asked for my number. "Why?" I asked. "So I can contact you why else would I want your number?" He giggled. I let out a growl and then exchanged numbers with him. As I turned around to walk to my next class I heard Venti call out my name. "Xiaooo!" I turned around. "Say cheese!" He took a picture of me. "Why the hell did you do that for?!" I shouted. "So I could put as your contact photo thingie!" He smiled and walked away. 'I'm already getting a headache just of him being around me..' I thought to myself. I walked to my next class.

The rest of my classes went by very slowly. I just wanted to get out of this place already. The moment I thought about that the bell rang. "Alright class your all free to leave. Don't forget page 78 for homework." Mr.Diluc announced to the class. I rested my head in my arms but soon got up. I was leaving the classroom when I was Zhongli and Venti up ahead. I didn't bother saying Hello to them. But I did over hear their conversation. I didn't mean to though. "Venti are you sure they aren't doing anything else to you?" Zhongli asked worriedly. Venti looked down. "I'm...im sure. They just bump into me and call me slurs that's all.." he said quietly. "If anything happens you can tell me Venti." Venti stayed quiet. Eventually he broke the silence by saying. "I gotta go.." He then started walking home. I pretended I didn't hear anything and went up to Zhongli. "What's up with him?" I asked not knowing the full story. "Venti is.." he sighed. "Venti has recently came out as bi to both me and his friends.." I stood quiet. "..I guess someone must've heard him and started spreading it to the school." He said with a pitiful face. "He's also lost his twin brother recently...he's not doing so good. That was the last family he has ever had." Zhongli slowly looked at me. He put on a small smile then started walking away. I followed since he let me stay at his house since I had no where else to go. I couldn't stop thinking about the boy with those beautiful emerald eyes..Venti
