Izuku was sitting against the bedroom wall, clad only in a blanket that discreetly concealed his lower half as he attentively watched the news on his tablet. By his side, Kai lay sound asleep. The telltale marks of their passionate night adorned Izuku's body, a reminder of their first evening in their new home.

Just two days earlier, they had packed up their belongings, and the distance from their previous residence to Kai's had made the move a time-consuming affair. Once they had finally settled into their new abode, Kai wasted no time in pulling Izuku onto their shared bed, and their passionate night had stretched on from dusk till dawn.

The afternoon sun cast a warm glow in the room, but Izuku's back ached from the night's exertions. He couldn't help but steal a glance at his peacefully slumbering lover, a mix of affection and frustration building within him. Suppressing the urge to disturb Kai's tranquility, Izuku sighed and turned his thoughts to more pressing matters.

It appeared that while he had been preoccupied with Kai the previous night, his mother had re-emerged into society as the vigilante Jade Hunter. The heroes had attempted to keep her reappearance a secret, given its brevity, leaving them uncertain if it was truly her. However, rumours from the underworld had already spread throughout society due to the commotion she had caused, undoubtedly with the intention of luring out the JHA.

"JHA... I thought they were just rumors... to think they were real," Izuku muttered, inadvertently waking Kai. "Oh, sorry I woke you up."

"It's fine; I should be awake by now," Kai replied, yawning as he rose. He placed his arm on Izuku's shoulder and gently kissed his forehead. "What were you muttering about?"

"It's obvious why my mom wants to lure out the JHA," Izuku sighed. "To think they actually exist."

"Eri's grandfather used to be part of the JHA," Kai revealed, "but ever since the Jade Hunter disappeared, he decided to focus on the Shie Hassaikai group."

"I still can't believe my mom was such a significant figure," Izuku chuckled weakly.

"The JHA doesn't just consist of criminal organizations; some normal citizens are also members," Kai explained.

"Moms are such good actors. Loving in the morning, but ruthless at night," Izuku mused, shaking his head. "Moms are the scariest."

The JHA remained a secret group, known only to the underworld organizations and a select few citizens. The acronym stood for the Jade Hunter Association, a vigilante group that had disbanded following Inko's sudden disappearance.

With Jade Hunter making her reappearance after 14 or 15 years, it was only logical to assume that the members of the JHA would resurface as well. The individuals who had devoted their loyalty to Jade Hunter, believing in her ability to bring justice where heroes had fallen short, were bound to regroup. While Inko had never actively participated in this group, as she wasn't the one who had established it, she had spoken to Izuku about how they could be a valuable asset for him in his endeavors.

The JHA could be likened to a fandom in some ways, but it went beyond mere admiration. It began as a small group of five individuals who deeply admired the Jade Hunter and her pursuit of justice, ultimately evolving into a full-fledged organization. The group primarily consisted of individuals who had been rejected by society, didn't fit into the peaceful life that society expected, and people who had turned to a life of crime not by choice. Many of the members were also quirkless, making them feel marginalized and misunderstood in a world where quirks often defined one's place and status.

These were abandoned children, rejected by a society unwilling to embrace them. While there were certainly heroes with a genuine desire to save everyone, the majority seemed to seek glory and turn a blind eye to those in need. Their focus was often on the major disasters, but it was the abuse and bullying that went unnoticed. It was the silent suffering, the dark side of society, that they failed to see.

As someone who had endured constant bullying throughout his life, Izuku intimately understood the pain it inflicted. He had felt utterly worthless, a pariah wherever he went. He carried the burden of knowing what it was like to be treated like a disease. His mission was clear: to build a society where the quirkless felt valued and recognized for their worth

( Shigaraki's childhood, where he sought help but was ignored, and Toga's struggle with her quirk and rejection by her peers and family, highlight the darker, more complex aspects of society and the hero system. These stories serve as poignant reminders of the challenges faced by those who do not fit the conventional mold in a world where quirks are the norm.)

Izuku couldn't help but notice that despite the heroic community's many feats in saving lives, there seemed to be a stark absence of efforts to address one of society's most pressing issues: poverty. These heroes were often wealthy and could easily have made a significant impact by donating to alleviate poverty, but it appeared that they seldom did. It was a glaring omission that left him puzzled and disheartened.

(I'm not sure if they mention it in the manga...did they? I'll talk more about this matter further in the story)

Thankfully, by the time Izuku returned to school, the bite mark on his neck had finally disappeared. It had been two weeks since his unexpected journey through time, and he decided to take a day off from school to give his body some much-needed rest, as he still struggled to walk properly.

(Time line : 2 week ago since he time travel. It was Monday. He was absent in the first week. 1 week ago he met up with Kai it was Monday as well.. 2 days later ,it was Tuesday and Wednesday was when they finally moved to the Shie Hassaikai compound  but he still attention school in the morning which was 5 days ago. Then the night of Wednesday is when he had did the deed. Thursday and Friday he was absent.  Weekend came and its now Monday)

When Izuku arrived at his classroom, he was met with Bakugou's furious expression, and the explosive young man wasted no time in grabbing Izuku by his collar and pinning him against the wall.

"Why didn't you tell me you moved out!" Bakugo demanded, his anger palpable.

Izuku remained surprisingly calm in the face of Bakugo's fury. "I have no obligation to tell you," he replied, which only seemed to further irritate Bakugo.

"Do you have any idea how worried my mother was?! Auntie could have at least told her," Bakugo growled.

"Just because our mothers are friends doesn't mean mine has to share every detail of my life," Izuku retorted.

Bakugo pulled Izuku even closer, his grip tightening. "Then tell me where you live right now!"

Izuku, still surprisingly composed, refused. "No," he said, freeing himself from Bakugo's grasp. "Since when did you become so interested in my private life, Bakugo?"

"Who said I was intere—" Bakugo began but stopped abruptly, his expression shifting. "What did you call me?"

"Bakugo. Why?" Izuku raised an eyebrow.

Bakugo clenched his fists tightly. "You never call me that."

"Well, that's just how it is now," Izuku said with a determined tone. "Now, if you'll excuse me, class is about to start."

As Izuku walked past Bakugo, the simmering anger in the explosive young man seemed to intensify. The rest of the class watched in tense silence, noticing the notable shift in the dynamic between the two. In the past few days, they had observed a noticeable change in the usually reserved nerd. They couldn't quite decide if it was a positive or negative development, but it was undeniably awkward for everyone involved. The air in the room seemed charged with unspoken tension.
