It was the tenth of March and a Sunday. Jin has just passed his second month of pregnancy and now he has a little baby bump which Namjoon was caressing right now. "Baby, aren't you tired? Eomma's birthday party last night lasted longer than usual," the alpha asked while kissing his omega's cheek while the latter shook his head with a smile, "I'm okay Joonie, I'm not really tired. I just want to spend this day with you."
The kindergarten had opened on the first day of March itself. The alpha was reluctant on letting Jin go back to work because of his pregnancy but he also didn't want to control him, he always lets his baby do what he feels is right because he wanted to make him feel independent. The omega of course loves this side of his mate, his respect for omegas is really heart warming. While other alphas tend to control their omegas' lives and telling them what to do, wear or how to live, Namjoon treated Jin as his equal. The alpha made sure to make his omega feel as independent as he really is. So, when Jin wanted to go to work, though he was reluctant he agreed after getting Mark's approval that both him and the baby will be okay.
The couple were sitting in the living room watching a show. Jin was sitting on Namjoon's lap with a plate of strawberries which is one of his favourite cravings. "Darling~ Joonie~ I'm really sorry about tomorrow. It's our first year anniversary and I have to go to work," the omega said with a pout. "My angel, it's really okay. I know you don't want to take a day off because you'll miss the kids since you'll be taking your leave from September. Don't worry angel, we can go on a dinner date in the evening okay? I'll pick you up from work," the alpha comforted his mate. Jin couldn't hold his tears anymore, his alpha is so sweet and caring and he loves him so much. "Don't cry baby, hush now, alpha is here. If you cry our pup will be sad," Namjoon comforted the crying omega, "Mmmm I just love you so much Alpha. Thank you for choosing me," Jin said while burying his face in his alpha's neck. "I love you more omega, so much more, thank you for being my mate," and he placed a sweet and gentle kiss on his omega's lips.

The next day
Jin was watching the kids playing happily in the playground enjoying their recess and he couldn't help but think about his own child growing up and going to school. His thought was interrupted by a buzz from his pocket, he furrowed his brows wondering who would text him during work hours but when he saw the contact he couldn't help but smile.
Alpha💖 Hey baby, I hope you're not having any troubles. Mr Lee will pick you up from there, you can go home first and change into something formal and then I'll pick you up from home. I'm really sorry I can't pick you up myself.
Jin read the text and he was a little disappointed that Namjoon wouldn't be able to pick him up but he understood that his mate is a very busy man, how he always comes home at 6 everyday is a miracle and the omega was grateful.

Namjoon read the text with a smile. He just hopes that everything will go according to plan.
