They walked in and the smell was heavenly.
"Oh my God! Nathalie!"
"Hey Sabine!"
"How have you been?"
"I've been good. What about you?"
"Same! Anything new?"
"Actually yes. Gabriel and I are engaged!"
"Oh my God! Congrats!"
"Thanks!"
"HEY TOM!? CAN YOU COME HERE!?"
"SURE ONE MINUTE."
He came running down the stairs and into the bakery.
"What's up?" Sabine leaned in and whispered something into his ear.
"This woman is the reason we're together." Sabine whispered to Tom.
Tom smiled and looked at Nathalie who had Gabriel standing awkwardly beside her.
"Nice to meet you, Mrs.Sancouer."
"Please, just call me Nathalie." Tom nodded in response.
"And nice to meet you, Mr.Agretse." Gabriel nodded in acknowledgement.
"So, what can we get you?"
"You can order, Gabe."
"Do I have to?"
"Mhm. Now, order."
"Can we get 3 slices of vanilla cake, 10 assorted macaroons, and a cherry filled donut."
"Of course." Sabine packed their things while Tom played cashier and Gabriel payed him.
"You go to the car, I'll be out in a minute." Nathalie told Gabriel.
Gabriel then headed to the car while Tom went back upstairs.
"I have a question." Nathalie said.
"Sure, what is it?"
"I was wondering if you would be the maid of honor at my wedding?"
"Of course I will!"
"Thank you!" We'll have to go dress shopping for you. When are you available?"
"I can't rally afford a dress right now. Sorry."
"That doesn't matter, since I'm buying it for you."
"Are you sure!?"
"Of course! So, about that availability date?"
"Sunday works best for me."
"Okay! I have to go. I'll text you later! Bye!" Nathalie then walked out of the bakery and entered the car, seeing Simon enjoying the cherry filled donut while showing his collection of superhero action figures to Gabriel, who surprisingly seemed to enjoy it.
Once they realized Nathalie was back, Simon drove back to the mansion and opened the doors for the two to get out. The entered the mansion when Nathalie's eyes widened and.......
