GRAYSON

Listening to Brielle's music playing every morning makes me want to end myself here and now.

She's got some Spanish song playing from the speakers of my car, humming along to the words.

"Que se podría hacer el amor por telepatía," Her spanish isn't even that bad, thinking about it.

But not good enough to understand what I say to her, I barely smile at the thought of her trying to translate what I said to her on Saturday.

Ben groans for the hundredth time seeing as Brielle forced him into the backseat, by threatening to kick him in the dick if he didn't.

"Change the song Brielle," Ben orders, putting his arm on the center console.

But she doesn't, instead she rolls her eyes and turns up the song to drown out her twin brother before smiling at him.

I catch her eye as she sends me half smile before turning back to the window, humming along to Telepatía by Kali Uchis.

Brielle left her hair natural today, waves fall down her back as small curls hide underneath. She wore some makeup today, I don't have a fucking clue what it is- but it looks nice.

She always looks nice.

I shake the thought out of my head as we turn into the school parking lot, as soon as we park Brielle unplugs her phone and jumps out the car.

I watch as she runs over to Leo stood in front of us and pulls him into a hug.

He hugs back, keeping his hands around her higher back before she pulls away and walks into school, with her hand in his.

"Are they together?" I ask Ben as I slam the car door shut.

"Who?" He asks, his eyebrows furrowing as he looks around the parking lot.

I sigh, he wasn't even looking at her, "Never mind."

My eyes betray me, by watching Brielle and her friend walk into school. Hand around her shoulders as she leans into him.

My jaw clenches as I force my eyes away and towards Ben, who only tilts his head at me and then smirks.

Nope, not jealous.

We stay silent as we walk inside school, girls staring at us like they usually do. Twirling their hair and battering their eyelashes, it's an awful lot of effort for something they're not going to get.

Ben doesn't mind it though, he's been here for a month and already has girls falling at his feet. I used to like it, but now it pisses me off.

Anthony walks over to us, putting an arm on my shoulder before shaking me.

"Big game Friday," He says, before winking at a girl stood by a locker.

I roll my eyes, Anthony loves flirting with girls. But he's different in some ways, it's not certain he'll hook up with someone unless he knows he'll be with her forever.
