Eren's POV

I had tried to figure out the TV for a while until I finally gave up and threw the remote-thing Levi gave me. Why are things on Earth so complicated? The big boxes' screen was playing some show with giants walking around eating people. I later learned that these giants were called 'titans'. A few minutes later Levi came into the living room carrying some type of food.

"Oi brat," he started setting down a hand towel and a hot plate on top. I didn't recognize anything on the plate. "Do you like Chinese food?" I nodded my head in agreement trying to act like I knew what it was. He gave me two wooden sticks and sat down on the other end of the couch. I slowly picked them up not entirely sure what to do with them, 'how are you suppose to eat with these anyway.' Just then, I heard a small chuckle coming from Levi. He was currently sipping some tea, but he didn't hold it normally, instead of using the small handle, he was holding it by the rim 'maybe thats just something humans do.'

"What's so funny?" I asked questioning why he had laughed earlier. He jestured to my hands. I was holding one wooden stick in each hand, not exactly sure if I was doing it right.

"Have you ever used a pair of chopsticks before?" He questioned. Before I could respond he had set his tea down on a coaster and leaned over to me taking the chopsticks. He then took my hand and fixed them so that I was holding them correctly.

"Um, t-thanks" I said. He was leaning in pretty close to me and I could feel my face heating up. Wait, why is my face heating up?!?

"No problem brat" he responded picking his tea back up. He had sat back up and returned to his position.

"I have a name you know, it's Eren." I told him as I carefully picked up some of the food on my plate with the 'chopsticks'. When I placed it in my mouth I was hit with a sweet and sour taste that tasted better than anything we had back at home.
"This is delicious!" I exclaimed. "You're a really good cook Levi." I didn't even know what I was eating except for that it was Chinese food and that it tasted amazing.

"Tch, you're acting like you've never had sweet and sour chicken before." He stated taking a sip of tea.

"Well, I haven't really..I mean I, um, nevermind" I sighed realizing I had no idea what to say. Earlier I had nodded when he asked me if I liked Chinese food, so I didn't exactly know what to say. Instead of replying he just smirked a little.

After I had finished my meal, Levi grabbed my dish and brought it to the kitchen. He reemerged a few minutes later.

"Uh thanks again for everything! I really must be going now!" I stood up from the couch and started walking to the door.

"Are your friends waiting for you somewhere?" He questioned. I wasn't really sure where they are or where the cabin is from here, but I'm sure I would find them.

"Yeah, I'm going to meet up with them somewhere so I'm going to head out." I opened the door and closed it behind me. I found my way back to the main street where I had gone shopping earlier. Now where is the park?
