Barry meets Katrina outside of Jitters, "I think it might be easier if you go talk to her, I will sit at another table and keep a look out. I think if we both tried talking to her she might get scared off and who knows what she could do" Katrina says to Barry.
"Okay" he agrees as they both go inside Jitters, Katrina walks past the table that she sees Becky sitting at and goes to sit at another one in the far back.
She watches as Barry walks up to her, "Winner, winner! Another winner!" Becky says as she finishes scratching the tickets she had. "Becky? Hi, you mind if I sit here?" Barry asks the woman. "oh, today's my lucky day, but you're not my type at all" Becky says to him.
"Can I sit?" Barry says as he goes ahead and sits across from her, "Um, Becky, well, you're probably wondering how I know your name" he says to her. "Mm, it's written on my cup" she says lifting up her coffee cup.

"Right, um, yeah, but that' not how I—You see, I work for the CCPD as a CSI. I investigate very special people" Barry says to Becky. "Celebrities?" Becky asks. "No, not celebrities.Umm, meta-humans" he says. "Oh" she remarks.
"Which is what I think you are" he says to her, and she scoffs, "See, I think you were exposed to dark matter on a city bus three weeks ago" Barry explains to her. Becky scoffs, "I think I would know if I was exposed to dark matter. That's weird" she says laughing.
"Becky, I know you've been having a lot of luck lately. And that you took some money from a Central City bank that doesn't belong to you" he says to her. "How do you know all that?" Beck asks.
"I just do. Look, getting powers is overwhelming. I'm sure you don't know how they work or what you should do with them" Barry says. "I have some idea" Becky says to him. Barry then reaches out to touch Becky, "Uh-uh-uh, do you really want to test your luck? Bad things happen to people that get in my way" she says. Just then Barry and
Katrina- who had been listening to the whole conversation- look around Jitters, seeing every possible bad thing that could happen. "Listen, CSI guy, my entire life has been one piece of crummy luck after the next" Becky says to Barry. "Look, we all have up and downs in life" Barry says to her.
"Not Becky Sharpe. I have only ever been dealt bad hands. But I knew one day the universe would see it made a mistake. And then I'd have the run of the table. I got on that bus and Lady Luck smiled on me" she says. "Becky, this isn't some higher power fixing a miscalculation. You have powers, and they're affecting, everyone around you, making them feel as awful as you used to feel" Barry says.
"I'm sorry about that, but... maybe it's just their turn. Maybe for once, everyone else can feel for a second how bad I felt my entire life. Anyway, there is nothing you can do" she gets up off her chair, "to stop me" she adds as the things start to go bad around the place. "Toodles" she says as she walks out the door, and nothing happens. Katrina goes over to Barry, "maybe next time I should talk to her, you know woman to woman" she says to him.
