(Sorry for not updating I had writers block. Thank you so much for 23k reads!! I'll be finishing this story before the end of the year and I'll hopefully be updating more often)
𝐁𝐀𝐉𝐈𝐇𝐀𝐃𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐓the past week trying to think of romantic ways to ask (Y/N) out. He was so close to just knocking on her door and asking her to go out with him, but he couldn't do that. He thought she deserved a romantic gesture (even though he thinks he's not very good at doing anything romantic), something that would make her flash a large beautiful smile.
He laid on his bed, staring at a picture of them together that hung on his wall — he has photos of all the important people in his life on his wall — when an idea suddenly popped into his head.
It was a strange idea but Baji didn't care, he knew it would make her smile. His idea was to collect a bunch of leaves from trees and lay them out so the words 'wanna go on a date?' Was written on the ground. He'd make sure she was standing from the balcony of her apartment so when she looked down she'd the the words.
Baji knew the plan would probably fail but there was always plan B which was to go up to her and ask her but her didn't want to do that.
So his quest for finding leaves had begun, Chifuyu and Draken helped him during the week (they made sure to pick the prettiest leaves since they knew Baji would get mad at them if they didn't).
By Saturday morning, Baji had the leaves laid out on the ground at the spot where she'd be able to see them from the balcony outside her apartment. Now all he had to do was message her telling her to come outside and look down.
He took out his phone and immediately started spam messaging her.
Mr Grumpy <3 come putside please Please Please Nows Pelwse Just lookdown from the balcony outdeie your apartment Please Pelwse
Mrs Grumpy <3 what are you on??? 🤨 I'm comfy in my bed, why would I go outside 😒

(Y/N) closed her phone, about to die from how cute Baji is, his horrible spelling is adorable. He tries his best when spelling, she just knows he has a cute frown on his face every time he messes up a word.
She sighed, getting out of bed, she wrapped herself in a small blanket to help keep her warm since the weather was strangely cold despite it being summer. It was late July to be exact.
She exited her apartment, looking over the balcony like Baji had told her to. She gasped when she saw the words 'wanna go on a date?' written in leaves.
There were definitely more than one hundred leaves used to make the words. It made her heart flutter not only because Baji Keisuke was asking her out but also because it must've taken a lot of time to collect all those leaves and set them up like that.
She smiled brightly, laughing softly. She saw Baji standing there, blush on his cheeks, he tapped his foot and bit his nails. He was very nervous.
She rushed down the stairs, tripping and almost dying multiple time until she finally made it to the ground floor. She ran over to where Baji was standing, wrapping her arms around him and trapping him in a bone crushing hug.
Baji only laughed hugging her back, "did you read the words or were they to hard to see?" Baji asked
"Yes, I read the words," she replied.
"What's your answer?"
"Why would I say no? Only a stupid person would say no, yes is the only correct answer."
"Yes it is."
She let go of him, leaning back so she could see his beautiful face, he kept his hands loosely draped around her waist.
"So what are we doing on our date? Are we going out today because I have to change out of my pyjamas if we are."
"What we're doing is something only I am allowed to know and we are going today because... why not," he shrugged flashing a small grin.
She nodded, giving his cheek a small tap before walking back over to the staircase.
"Go get changed, wear something that somewhat matches me!" He exclaimed as she ran back up stairs to her apartment.

Next chapter is the date chapter. Idk why I had writers block for this 😭 I'll probably update in a few days, I've actually got good ideas and the next chapter is the last chapter before the story starts following alongside the Tokrev plot!
