But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

So many people in this world are looking for their purpose. They wonder why they were made and what they were meant to do. Many people think their purpose is going to be this one big thing and all of their focus goes to trying to figure out and accomplish this purpose. Even some christians struggle with the concept of purpose, but The Lord tells us not to worry about tommorrow for tommorrow will worry about itself, or what you will eat or drink. God simply tells us to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness then there would be no reason to worry because God will be taking care of it. God simply wants us to seek first His kingdom, how do we do that? Well, in the troubles of each day there are many instructions God gives us for daily living such as, to Love God and to love our neighbor, to be patient, kind, to be obediant, see others as better than yourself, and most importantly to spread the gospel. We as Chrstians shouldn't be worried about purpose, because God has given us a purpose for each day and as we are seeking the kingdom and doing the will of God we will inevitabily be walking in our purpose because we, being obediant, are allowing Christ to use us for our purpose and allowing His will to be done through our lives. We don't just have one purpose, we have many different purposes on this earth, to inspire, encourage, to help, we are to be God's light continually each day for others. I was talking to a friend the other day she was worried about fulfilling the purpose God had for her life, she wondered if she was hearing God, or missing His signs. but as i spoke with her I was getting a little frusturated because I don't remember a time that I struggled with that. As I grew in Christ my purpose became doing His will and loving Him. If I wasn't sure if I should go in a certain direction in my life, I just prayed about it. To me everyday is a journey, an adventure, and God is walking with us through it. The Bible tells us not to worry about anything but to pray about everything with thanksgiving. So as you all go through your day seek out your purpose for that day, let God use you and don't worry because as long as you put God's kingdom first all you need will be added to you. In Jesus Name Amen
